Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm not sure whatever became of CAI 911, there were only 14 of those '62 Chevrolets here.

The ZB reg'd Ford in Rigneys is there a long time. Nice to see one has survived.

    wonder no more

I dont know who owns it,it was in a yard i was at yesterday,i didnt ask either.
I dont mind seeing stuff get wrecked,i just dont want to have a hand in getting any of it to the track.
I scrapped a Woodhall Nicholson Granada hearse last year,as the guy who owned it wanted the running gear.
Some workmanship in the body of that.

As an aside to this thread,Gleasures funeral home in Tralee took delivery of one of these monsters this morning,i suppose undertaking is the one trade that is pretty recession proof. I had a quick look around it earlier, pretty impressive, full leather, four seater and a panoramic roof over the rear deck.

    All in all,one serious machine.

Must have cost a fair few quid to restore that shadow, seeing as the suspension had to be done too.
Is the reg 1111ZL or something close to it?

    ..............agreed !

The church that FZ1777 is outside is Clonakility - I was married there a couple of years ago!

Edit: Actually - I may be full of shyte. It might not be Clon....

That's definitely not Clonakilty. The cathedral there has a car park to the right of the front door beside a river and a load of trees. On 2 other sides there's streets.
