Have you tried the GF jersey yet? Looks a sweet bit of kit and I've completed a lot of them I think I need to reward myself! :pac:

The missus had the day off and three couriers had to show up at nearly the same time, got an out in front mount for my bryton 50 from raceware direct, got my strava grand fondo 8 jersey and got a set of 105 10 speed sti shifters from chain reaction.

A lot of explaining to do

    Wise words :-)

The grand fondo jersey is very nice, the $120 was a hard to swallow but for a once off I can bear it. Pure quality, the fit is on the snug size. Ordered it first weekend in August and only received it yesterday!!

Got a pair of zonda's for myself there during the week from swim cycle run.

Haven't tried them on the road yet. -Can't say I was over the moon at the sight of them coming out of the box. They're...... grand like. They're intended as "good" training wheels. I think I liked them better before I put the tires on them for some reason - gp2's. I might go so far as to say that if I'd been shopping in a bricks and mortar shop and had been able to pick them up and get a good look at them, then I might not have actually bought them.

But, I was VERY impressed with the box they came in and the way they were packed. Really cool. Fair play to swimcycle run and campag. Slick and tight packaging on a par with Apple. :)

There a brilliant wheel, I race on them all the time, light and very durable wheel. Great value for money too

After 10000kms on the slick yet arse breaking aestthetic of an expensive selle italia variation I decided I'd given it more than enough of a chance and instead swapped it out for the luxury of the more forgiving traditional aesthetic with a modern twist that is the brooks cambium c3 saddle. It's a little on the heavy side but feels vastly more comfortable already and it looks great on a modern bike.

I've been wanting to build a fixie bike for ages and saw the On-One Pompino frameset reduced to 129 euro in blue.
    FROOPV4_P4.jpg

    So I ordered that plus:

    Miche fixed/free-wheel rear track hub
    Cataloger.Image.php?i=mozzi-primato-pista---flangia-grande_f_1_400_1.jpg&ac=96980

DT Swiss competition spokes and a basic Ambrosio FCS 30 road rim.

    Ambrosio-FCS-Ambrosio-FCS30-Ambrosio-Felgen-Rennradfelge-Aluminiumfelge.jpg

    A 42mm chainline 42 tooth crankset from On-One.
    CSOOSS_P1.jpg

    Tektro road brake levers
    Tektro 926AL Mini V-Brakes
    On-one's very cheapest 27mm seatpost :)

Also ordered 16 and 17 tooth Miche sprockets plus a 18 tooth free-wheel.

I already have a pair of road drop-bars, a nice road saddle, bar-tape and a spare front wheel that I'll put on it.

The frameset just arrived, waiting on the rest of the stuff to come from Germany/CRC.

Now I just have to learn how to build a wheel and I'm set ;)

Nah, she'll be delighted when you explain you saved close enough to €1000 in new money.

Been looking at computers for the last while - Specifically the Edge 500.

Got early payment from a job yesterday that I hadn't planned on seeing for another few months and got this instead.
