    Well some of those newbs threads throw the odd interesting conversation...wasnt there one than turned into a big thread about bicep curls recently??

    But to be honest i think the more advanced posts tend to pop up in people logs...some of the more advanced lifters asking about their form or different lifts and more knowledgeable people answering.

    A sub-forum for the non-newbs would just lead to newbs not getting questions answered and then they would stick with poor programs and not see the gains they possibly could see

    Fair enugh maybe a sticky of some kind but i think a sub forum would be a step too far
