Nope... But my nose feels a bit bunged up!

Oh and take paracetamol for the pain. You can take upto 1gm x 4times a day.

I just hope it's not man flu:eek:.

Normal flu - painkillers, hot fluids, sleep. Then meds for any other symptoms eg sore throat, dry/chesty cough.

Try to eat small amounts regularly and have someone tuck a duvet around you on the couch.

Flu is a word thrown about far too much for what is actually a cold. The real flu would have you crippled in bed wishing you were dead.

Got a throat infection this week. Was real bad on Tuesday and Wednesday. Woke up every half an hour during the night and had to spit into a bottle as it was too sore to swallow. Could barely drink, and only managed to start eating tonight. Still sore though.

I've had the flu all week and now I think it's turning into bronchitis because I haven't been able to stop coughing all day. My lungs are in agony. I've gone through 2 jars of vicks already this week.

You can order nyquil online, brilliant stuff for colds and flu's.
Way better than any otc stuff you can buy here.

Just don't drive while taking it!
