The Astoni’s and Morgan’s just suck all
the enjoyment out of the programme for me. There is just no redeeming qualities about any of those characters. If they do manage to inter breed with Brody and Ziggy the offspring would surely be the spawn of Satan himself.

I’m actually willing mother Astoni to pop her clogs in the vain hope that the rest of them pack their bags, up sticks and leave the Bay.

Wishing for someone to die, is that what the writers were going for?

All the Astoni’s are so annoying, I can’t actually pick who I like the least , just thinking today that I really don’t care if the mother dies.

Coco, she's awful. The others I don't mind so much.
The Morgans are just comedy really. Brody is the best of them. Mason is played by such an overacting ham, Tori is the usual H&A specialist in everything doctor and Justin is just laughable.

Agreed. I don't mind the Morgans - the writers have at least distinguished each of them, and given each of the family members a good enough storyline since they arrived.


The Astoni family actors are poor enough and the storylines that the writers have given them haven't been great either, they had potential to be better. Why doesn't Mr Astoni just open up his surf shop, it would be good for Summer Bay.

Old man Bore-stoni just goes from Salt to the Diner, then back to Salt before heading off to the diner again.....I call it the John Palmer syndrome.

You were meant to feel sorry for him when mean old Barry gave him the bullet but as Bore-stoni spent his entire working day doing absolutely nothing but giving Mrs. Bore-stoni puppy dog eyes it was actually Barry who got our sympathy for having to put up with that wet blanket all day, every day.

That was hilarious when Ben finally told the Bossman about Maggie being sick - the conflict on Bossman's face when he heard! It was like 'oh you poor thing, I'd be the very same in your position... but wait, my role here is to be the hard-faced, one-dimensional bollix so nah, eff you and your sick wife!'
If he was 30 years younger he could 'come good' like all the troubled teens do, but I fear he's destined to be a background character so no redemption for Bossman Barry!

The worst thing the River Boys got up to was a food fight at Salt. I’ve seen more menace at a 4 year olds birthday party. Gang me arse.

It’s totally unbelievable that Leah’s Busy Body Blog (that is what she called it right?) would be attracting so many comments, she’s so tragic she’s beyond trolling!

Jasmine is the worst actor i've seen on the show, it has made me appreciate how good the other actors are.

I read that the actor who plays Ryder is 23 which is hard to believe, that's the same age as Aden Jefferies was in 2008 and roughly the age Casey was in 2014.

...and the guy who plays Ty is only 19, but could pass for a little older.
I read that he's not going to be in the show for long - 6 weeks in total, but involved in quite a big and controversial (for H&A) storyline.
