It was because he didn't want to read really early stuff..

I also had questions about the speed at which Zumo is learning, but I guess he's not starting from scratch. He presumably picked up some of the basics in school but hasn't the ability or the confidence to read fluently.

If he turns up tonight with a copy of the Merchant of Venice, however, and starts complaining about structural deficiencies in the third act....

I think he has basics like you say and I think we are lead to believe he is working really hard at it and he does want to have extra lessons. I think when there is something that you want to achieve and a focus (trying to read to help Charlotte), that helps you work harder to achieve it..

When I was in school, my Dad used to give me more pocket money if I did well at exams (I found it really tough in school) and that gave me a focus and made me work harder because I wanted the extra money. I think Zumo is like that :)

Another good one tonight. It's weird how the Dillons and the Bishops seem like the two main families now. I had to laugh when Bela couldn't tell which one was Denzo and which one was Deco. I have exactly the same problem.

Well numbers wise they are the two biggest families which would make them seem more prominent.

Would you seriously go to work in a doctor's surgery in shorts and a sheer top?? Am I so out of touch that I thought this was strange?

jees i even said that while watching last night....her shorts were definitely too short! a very unprofessional outfit for a secretary job!

    I agree with everyone.

Memo to Neasa: Lose the shorts.

That's just nitpicking. I wear shorts to work all the time. Nothing unprofessional about that. Leave Neasa alone!

Could someone enlighten me please, but when did Vivienne start working in the clinic? Judith has asked her to come and work with her afew times and each time Vivienne had an excuse as to why she couldn't. Did I miss something? I find Robert's character so boring. Wish he had left instead of Cleo. So glad to see Paul and Niambh back.

Judith asked her last week, and she agreed to do it. I think Zumo is helping to look after Charlotte and Charlotte said she would be fine so she is working again.

Does someone in RTE know some one in a wig shop that was closing down, the amount of them we see of late, or are the hair dressers in dublin making a fortune.

Hardly, the girl is meant to be suffering from leukaemia, she likes to wear a wig because she doesn't have any hair. Not a laughing matter...

She is a young girl that likes to dress up :) I like the wigs :)

It'd convince me to go to the doctor more often, therefore potentially saving my life... Moral of the story - bikini's save lives...

Who is Laughing. I am NOT. Just making a point. She has so many different ones of late, and then you have Ester and Waynes wife as well.

Judith could wear one as well. They could make it a practice uniform. Om second thought's, Robert is there. Dont think I would want to see him in one. Could be a female only uniform.

That's right. I think Charlotte was annoyed about being treated like a patient, and she complained about it in front of the doctor, which gave Vivienne no choice but to go back to work.

It was quite clever to introduce Zumo's mother as a nurse, and then bring in a new doctor a few months later. It makes the whole set-up feel very natural. We should keep an eye on any new characters from now on, in case their job suggests who they will end up in business with.

For example, Tommy and the vegetables could lead to a supply deal with Christy or Louie, which could also put him in contact with Carol. Decenzo (the older one) being a dealer could potentially bring back Lara or any of the other drug casualties we've seen through the years.

What did Neasa work at? I know she has mentioned that she used to have a job, but I didn't catch what it was.

Zumo is Xavier and he's the eldest.

Decco is Declan and is the violent one.

Denzo is Dennis and he's the young one with the bruised kidneys.

Great points and I fully agree.. Imagine Tommy & Louie in one scene.. all my birthdays coming at once :D:D

Love the nickname for the two brothers : Decenzo - wonderful. I can't pick them apart and using that in future :D

She worked as a casino croupier.

I think Caoimhe is boring but still giving her a chance... I am warming to Zak, enjoying this storyline with Rachel/Charlotte. Brings back memories of my childhood! :D
