I organise an indoor 5-a-side game, average standard, on a Thursday evening from 6-7pm in St.Catherines sports hall on Marrowbone lane ( just off Cork street ). Been playing for years but over the last few months a few lads have dropped off leaving us short on numbers... Looking for a couple of lads to boost the numbers. €6 per week, pay-as-you-play... If any one is interested PM me!

I'm 31, fit and play a decent social standard, looking for a good run-around and a bit of craic. Especially interested in playing with players from other countries.

Starting off a 6/7 a side Astro game on Thursdays at 9-10 in Coolmine. Have a list of numbers from another game but looking for a few more lads to commit to a weekly game. All standards welcome. Usually €5-6 per person, depending on numbers.

I run 2 5aside slots in UCD Mondays 7 pm and Thursdays 7 pm. Both are short players at present. I'd be happy for interested players to come down one of the nights to see what you think. UCD look for commitment for 6 months for 5aside games so generally that's what we ask from players and the 6 month period has just started. if you like please pm here for personal contacts, the moderators here don't like contact details on posts.

Really? Are things that bad on this forum?

Personally, I have no problem putting my mobile number up here, but these are the thread rules, I didn't make them.

If I posted a card up in my local supermarket for the same reason, I'd have to put my mobile on it and take the same risks, presumably. But hey, I don't want trouble here, I'm just looking for players for football games, I don't want to get drawn into any political or social debates.

Bit of an odd request, but anyway.

Myself and a friend (both mid-twenties, and without wanting to be cocky, quite decent) are looking for a competitive, high standard game of either 5-aside or 11-aside this Saturday, Nov 2nd anywhere in Dublin.

Just wondering if any teams are looking for two players this Saturday? Can get to most areas of greater Dublin.

I entered this on the Cavan thread but not getting much luck there.

Hopefully this is the right section for it

We are trying to get players together to play in the Sports Complex just outside Cavan Town.

Currently have 7/8 people but we are always looking for players to join.

We are all different fitness, age and ability levels so you'll fit right in regardless of how good/bad/fit/lazy you are.

We'll balance the teams best we can.

Depending on the numbers, the astroturf is €55 per hour so obviously if we have 10 it'll be €5.50 each.

Hi Folks ,

Have a game going roughly 6/7 years but more often than not lately we are getting caught looking for players most weeks ,

Play 3 nights a week ,

Monday , Wednesday : Clondalkin Leisure Centre @ 7PM , 6 A Side , nothing too serious just a group of lads getting a run out and having a bit of craic

Thursday @ 9PM Coldcut club across from Liffey Valley fitness 7 A Side , pretty much same level

A mix of the same lads play on the differing nights depending on shifts/life/Family !

Age range is from about 24-40 , one or two fairly decent players and the rest are run of the mill like my good self

Posted a thread in one of the regional forums there a while back and one of the lads plays with us regularly now for the last 5/6 months,

Anyway if your interested PM me you Name,Number and email as we use TEAMER to run the nights for us

I run two 5aside slots at UCD Clonskeagh entrance on Mondays and Thursdays. Both kick off at 7 pm and both are looking for one or two players who will join up to complete the pool entitled to play. Both slots are long established with the Thursday slot heading for it's 10th anniversary at UCD later this year.

UCD like to have slots booked up in 6 months period and at present both slots are heading for the end of March before next renewal. As such any new player would simply have to pay the pro rata rate from joining to end of March and then as per everyone else at renewal time. We also have the advantage that if either slot is running low I always go to the players from the other slot to try and make up the 10 or whatever. First game will always be guest appearance with no commitment and no charge so you can see what everyone's like.
