Due to a previous sale falling through I am in desperate need of a March 2011 Property Manual.

If anyone has one from the last sitting and would kindly let me take it off their hands (in exchange for money obv) I would be much obliged.

All manuals are Griffith college manuals for 2010, but very little changes in syllabus. All the papers have notes made in the margins and highlight but are in a quality condition. PM if interested – will get back to you quickly! Prefer payment via bank & will post when it transfers.

Property manual – 2010 [€100] Notes made in margins with some highlighting. Very good condition. Will include all past papers and exam grid (Oct 2010 will be included looseleaf). Will include Succession Act 1965: Most recent edition, tabbed already, which can be removed. A lot of highlighting and underlining in places – which may in fact be of benefit. No writing within acts as per rules. Also will include the useful Explanatory Memorandum of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009.

Company Manual – 2010. [€100] Notes made in margins with some highlighting. Very good condition. Will include all past papers and exam grid (Oct 2010 will be included looseleaf). Can sell with Companies Act (see below) for €150 excluding P&P.

EU Manual – 2010. [€120] Never used: in perfect condition with no notes or highlighting. This is fully post-Lisbon treaty with all treaty articles now in Lisbon format. Has all past papers (Oct 2010 will be included looseleaf). Can sell with Blackstone below for €130 excluding P&P.
