I have the October 2011 Company Law Manual (this sitting) for sale.
Its a good news story - got my Company paper rechecked and came up 14% to pass...I'd already signed up for the Independent Course.

Comes with exam grid, suggested solutions, past papers etc - €60

Am based in Dublin but will post anywhere.

FYI - stick with your instinct, if you think you should have passed the paper and failed miserably, its def worth the chance to re-check.

Wow kudos on winning the prize for tort, amazing. Any tips:D The prize will come in very handy for interviews, plus the money you get from the Law Society isn't to be sneezed at either.

Thanks very much, was pretty shocked when I found out but yeah its helped me secure a job so happy days. Biggest Tip.... know the manuals inside out (Griffith College ones) and dont worry that much about extra reading. Get your answer structured properly and you are laughing!

Companies Acts 1963-2009: 2009 Student Edition - Mc Cann and Courtney.

€60 + p&p or can meet - in the Clare area.

some tabbing and highlighting but both are colour coded to match each different topic in the syllabus.

hey everyone,

just wondering if anyone could give me a starting point on how to go about getting stuck into studying for the exams (what are these manuals I've been reading about, how to get previous exampapers, is there reading lists, what books should I get to aid in my studies etc etc.) I plan on taking 4 exams next March/April.

And please don't just say read through the thread, going back through all the posts and replies and arguments, advice etc is tough as you have to distinguish the questions from people and their posts. So please could someone give me an outline of what direction to go in when getting started.

As you can see above I'm looking into what stuff to get for studying, and just general advice on getting started and preparing (getting all your materials together etc).

Sorry, I'd prefer not to say, I've told no-one that. Its just something that u should only find out the hard way I think but I will say that it was well above the 50% pass mark.

Griffith EU Law summer 2010 manual for sale.

manual is post lisbon with all changes, is in perfect condition (never used) and comes with exam papers up to March 2010.
