Also help with rate of force development - I find they're a BIG improver for my deadlift. Kind of like the effect you'l get from weightlifting with Karla. Similar idea like.

    Today - Amazing 12, Photoshoot

Did the shave, wax and tan thing yesterday.

Did a horrifically brutal pump up workout before the shots.

    Applied more tan.

    Photographer took shots.

    Sarah took shots of shots.

    Here's my favourite:

    11081131_10153119315240115_5642242851396592499_n.jpg?oh=f7625a0ac6095096923f23abbb58055e&oe=55A27982&__gda__=1438063063_f0255163fa089a41f30a53c4c299f838

I'll probably post a bit more about the program once I get the official shots back.

Right now I just need to collapse for a few hours and recover.

    RTS GPP Day

    A) Justa Singles Deadlift Day 6:
    160kg 13x1

    B) Seal Rows:
    60kg x10
    70kg 2x12

C2) DB Curls w/ Super Fat Gripzz: 5kg DBs 3x20 of various types of curls
C3) Band Pushdowns: green band 3x20+

Good sesh. Woke up feeling a bit beat down.

The deadlift will be interesting over the next few weeks. Doesn't feel hard enough to be working, but I guess 54 days straight of deadlifting might do something positive.

Fairly heavy DLs tomorrow tho so shall see what happens there.

During my nonsensical pull-500lbs-every-day run back in December 2013 I got up to 26 days in a row and PR'ed twice (255.0, 257.5)... then I took one day off and didn't go back to the gym for a month. I'm not sure whether these two items are related.

If you could plan and time that overreaching to peak it would be AWESOME.
