It's not a braille clock. ThinkGeek sell one of these, they're for very nerdy people who feel that two numbers is more than enough.

Actually I could do with a little help on level 32. Its the elements one. So you got 5 pictures, matchs, blimp, oxygen tank, a neon coca-cola sign, a metal ring and finally 4 pencils. I know i got to get the periodic table out and get each one but I've tried all I know. Gona but this bit in a spoiler

I get S = sulpher (matchs), h= helium(blimp), o=oxegen(tanks), c=carbon(coka),ag=silver(metal), s=clay(pencil)
