Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I’m on bet 365 just gives you a set handicap no option to pick your own maybe closer to kick off

    Monty +9 @ 10/11

    Cardiff -7 @ 10/11

I think montpellier are about 4 or 5 points too wide. I still think leinster may sneak it (big game experience) but it's gonna be tight.

Cardiff are travelling to a flying Newcastle but are going fully loaded and Newcastle have none of the firsts out. There's a little rain forecast but if it stays light I think this could be a big away win for Cardiff.

Ooops! And I added a couple of non-scoring Leinster try scorers.

    Leinster are -42.

    Minus. 42.

Not that it's outrageous, it's actually quite accurate in my mind.

    yeah its about right

however weather is always a factor in ireland in december , so its a bit early to take it

I wouldn't go near a minus handicap like that to be honest. Garbage time tries for Northampton will almost certainly screw it up. Then there's the weather factor as you say.

clermont -10 is a bit more attractive ;):D

Ulster giving gloucester a 9 point start looks on the high side I'm assuming Gloucester will be back at full strength after sending the kids to france and with 1 loss it's a bit of a make or break game for them

Why are the cheetahs favourites to beat the pumas in the currie cup tomorrow

in super rugby unlocked they beat them 53 - 31

the pumas and griquas would be considered the weakest 2 teams in the comp, and the cheetahs 2 losses so far were against the lions and bulls (who would be fav for the competition)

the currie cup is weird this year in that they brought forward the points from SR Unlocked into a combined comp... so although the cheetahs are bottom of a "currie cup" league table, they are actually 3rd from bottom in a "combined" league table with 17 points, the pumas next on 11 and the griquas on 5

-9 is actually good value for the cheetahs IMO

Both teams to score at least one try in each half @12/5

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

    On Connacht +26

Leinster to win comfortably but Connacht should hopefully exploit the two rookies in Leinster's back three and keep it respectable.

Some of the tryscorer odds on PP for Munster tomorrow are mad.

I'm on Goggin, Daly, Rory Scannell and Liam Coombes all to score. All at least priced at 12s.
I'm expecting they'll get voided as the odds don't look right at all.

Watch none of them score now. :p

I've connacht +26 as well, and Ulster -5

That back line from leinster is quite green, and I think connacht might get the upper hand at scrum time

I lost half my weekly 'losing' budget on the Cardiff vs Scarlets game yesterday and wisely didn't bet on today's game at all as I surely would have lost the remainder of my money. :D
