Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What a horrible sad occasion. Not one for getting all excited about.

Think the Germans owned it for a while as it's on their border too. Quaint town perhaps symbolic of modern Europe, with pretty gothic architecture, multi-lingual living, Christmas markets selling those ginger-almond biscuits, and well...

It’s pretty much the reason for numerous wars and why we now have the European Union. Germany (or their predecessor states) and France have been arguing over it for 300 years.

Might be the same terrorist who attacked people on the Dublin Quays on Sunday.

Because then things will just get worse. The recent backlash against this whole multiculturalism malarkey needs to be sustained so the idea that it only brings positives to the host country is ended once and for all.

You'll soon get the usual suspects harping on about how shameful this thread is as it's just an outlet for some to revel in their supposed "Islamophobia".

That yet again this attack was committed by one known to the police is yet another horrid reminder that governments throughout Europe are far too complacent about how they treat these watch lists.

RIP to the victims and may the attacker soon be put down.

They aren't complacent imo. There are just too many people to watch and it is near impossible to watch those deemed a serious threat due to the cost involved, man hours required etc.

The fact that this attack took place is all "lefties" fault. Do you not get that.

Its sadly got to the point when you're no longer shocked or surprised by this it has become so common place across Europe the even sadder thing is the sense of resignation and lack of willingness by the powers that be to do something about it they just dont seem to care at all.

Yet another terrorist attack in France. They all nearly in countries such as The UK, France, Germany and Sweden all of which have self destroyed themselves through mass Islamic immigration. We don't see any terrorist attacks in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic or Slovakia.

Spent my Erasmus year in Strasbourg, beautiful city. Shocked to see this just now, but not that shocked the way France is going.

Only in western Europe though. They don't seem to have these problems in Poland and Hungary etc.

Decided to travel to a European Christmas market last year. Actually chose Budapest for obvious reasons.

It's racist to express anger at terrorism and failed multi kult, open border policies.

I just think it's sick that people jumped with joy at this attack because it adds to their narrative.

I don't see anyone jumping with joy... I see people pissed off and jumping around angry because innocent victims have been killed needlessly.

I’ve had that poster on ignore for a good while now.

Never contributes anything but attempts to derail threads and accuse fellow posters of somehow being morally inferior to him/her.

The idea of a Christmas Market being attacked in such a fashion is sickening.

What are you on about seriously you need to take a long hard look at yourself. People are lying dead tonight but you all you seem to care about is the fact that its promoting a "racist" agenda. The truth is people are sick and tired of looking at innocent people being savagely murdered on their streets while our governments do nothing to stop it in fact adding to the problem by allowing more of these savages in.

What do you mean take advantage. Europe is facing these attacks because of large scale Muslim immigration. Its what happens when they arrive in large numbers anywhere. Its been like that for 1400 years. Only the slow learners think it will be different in their country.

Do I need any more examples of people who are so thrilled by this attack that they need to post one liners to illustrate where this attack came from with no concern whatsoever about the victims?

Just delight that another attack has taken place??
