Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Injury interrupted year last year meant I was swimming sporadically so didn't log my swims much. Still (just!) managed a 4 mile ow swim last August, so hoping to build on that this year building up to a 10km or two in September.

A few rocky weeks again with an infection but back to it. Bought a Garmin 920XT and test drove it this evening and love it. Good and motivated to put some serious km's in with the odd dip in the sea (More dash then splash at the moment and more an exercise in early acclimatization for the new LOS season and swims I plan on doing

First masters session yesterday. Don't normally kick much so kicking sets almost killed me. Starting to get a better front crawl now, enough to keep up with slow Lane......sadly Breaststroke stroke is an embarrassment
