Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Oh cool, I didn't know there was such a page.

    https://www.facebook.com/groups/nowcollectorsUK/?ref=share

Has quite a few magpies though. People who collect them for the sake of it and aren’t bothered about the music on them. The first six have been released on CD over the past two years - 57 errors in total as documented by me here and a number of people on that page don’t seem to care.

My THs for today are: putting my hands around a warm mug of coffee on a frosty morning, 4 of the neighbourhood cats visiting, meeting friends for a walk and a picnic later, and a week's annual leave stretching before me.

I had that feeling (re annual leave) last Saturday. Was hoping that a few Amazon orders (music & books) would arrive so I could immerse myself during my time off.

No such luck. All three packages will be delivered on Tuesday 29th when I’m back at work.

That’s made me smile and therefore happy - I envision the cats knocking at the door and bringing hostess gifts!!!

I went out at the back to find some potatoes and the ocean is a still, azure glory. It never fails to move and feed me. Just sheer beauty. So blessed to live out here.

I got purrs and headbutts!!! It's taken me three good months to get them to trust me that much. One of them (the one my old cat liked) was waiting for me on the kitchen windowsill this evening when I got home.:) :3

After a few months without one I finally got a microwave. I bought microwaveable popcorn yesterday and I'm looking forward to watching a film tonight and having some popcorn. It's the little things :)

Not trivial but I'm just finished cutting the grass there and my one year old son was mad to follow me around while I was doing it but the happy is, literally every time I pointed or waved at him, the smile he gives me just lifts me up. Yes he is the apple of my eye :)

I got to visit my mother today and sit out in the sun with her.
I asked her how old did she think I was.
    She answers "around 50"

I asked her how old she was?
She then goes "40" :pac:

Got a takeaway latte and sandwich. Sat in the car and enjoyed them. Delicious. And I didn't have to make either of them.

We've had the same postman as long as we've had our dog - 15 years, and he brings her a little treat and bends down to talk to her every single time he drops something off. When she didn't appear to meet the van this morning, he stood there whistling for her till she turned up for the treat. So TH for a lovely fear an phoist who possibly loves the madra as much as we do.

Watching Highway Thru Hell. I just find it very interesting and a great escape from life. Can't believe how cold the operators work in and the wreckers are fascinating looking things.

Okay, is it really bad that I spent much of the US presidential debate laughing when I watched it last night? Could not believe the prezzie said to Biden: “YOU’RE a number two” though that was just one amusing moment of MANY. Biden stumbling over the word ‘Chinese’ and it coming out as ‘Chy-nee’ also brought the LOLs. :o :pac:

A neighbours new rescue dog came right over and calmly lay at my feet (and wouldn't move) when the owner took him out for a walk. She says he is normally spastic and rarely at ease with anyone. His comfort made me happy. :) I do be missing having a dog, so his visit was quite nice!

I just asked my lad “who’s mummy’s best boy?” - and he winked at me!!!!
