Happy go lucky, Mike Leigh film from 2008 with Sally Hawkins. I really liked it, she's a great actress.

Just watched Hotel Artemis and it was ok. Not too notch but a good film to turn off the brain and watch for an hour and a half.

    Official Secrets.
    Widows.
    A Time to Kill.

Three movies that get a solid 7/10.

Lazy analysis I know but sometimes that's all that's needed.

Really enjoying Tales from the Loop, found it through the Netflix thread so probably been recommended here loads of times.

enjoyed The Informant with Matt Damon. Lighthearted . Worth a watch and a true story.

Finished Man Men last night, what a show. Up there with The Sopranos and a couple of others as simply the best. If you never dabbled in it before for whatever reason, give it a couple of episodes and you won't regret it.

Justwatch had this up ages ago but could never actually find it on Amazon. It seems to be up there now though, so looking forward to finally watching it :)

If I remember correctly Matthew Weiner was a writer on the Soprano's. so no surprise that the two shows are quality. Madmen is my all time favorite though, nothing has come close since its ended, for me anyway. Although The Queen's Gambit on Netflix did remind me of Madmen, in its tone anyway.

That’s interesting, yeah the writing is just spectacular. 5 characters all with huge arcs for the whole 7 seasons is an incredible feat of television.
Don Draper is for me as iconic as Tony Soprano.
When you watch something like that theres almost a void in your life after its gone. I felt that with Les Bureau des Legendes recently too something equally as ingenious in the writing of the main character.
Its going to be hard to watch anything else with the same reverence for a while.

And this is why having physical copies on one's favourite movies remains the saner choice than relying on the the licensing merry-go-round of streaming.

Aye...especially given streamers will only have the bog standard editions.

Answer to this exact question no.

Warnings will be given in yellow print when a title has 14 days or less remaining to view. Warnings don't always come immediately and sometimes they may not come at all.

The more prominent the title it seems will have a better chance of showing up.

If you Google "leaving amazon prime" it's for the UK site gives you an idea of what may be leaving Irish Prime within 30 days. Used to use that before the warnings were a thing. Personally nowadays I just check my watchlist weekly remotely from the site if you hover over the titles with a mouse cursor if yellow date shows that title is going.

Search for Season 5 seperately opposed to a continued watch, think it worked for someone else who asked the same question.

What's the best way to find out if a title is leaving one streaming service you subscribe to but moving to another you also subscribe to too?

There's an app called Just watch, you let it know what services you're subscribed to and when you search a movie it will tell you if it's available on any of them. It works for more recent tv shows as well.

You missed my favorite Amazon show, Patriot. It's funny and dark, weird, and extremely well written. I love it!

I have a Just Watch account but mainly use letterboxd which uses Just Watch data.

Having a look at the Just Watch app now and I can't find where you see what service a movie is going to be on at a future date which is more what I was enquiring about. Or am I missing something obvious?
