I'm over in CR3 watching Alan Kelly blowing bubbles. Not actually there but watching it on my phone

Funny how a total work dodger like Jeff can bang on for years about "the most corrupt country in the world", "things they don't want you to know", Backstabbers, liars and U-turners! and yet here he is able to represent his case in front of a committee in the houses of government.

I might've consumed too much flouride this morning but that to me is an impressive system of transparent and representative governance. Jeff probably won't see it like that though

I wonder will he skidaddle over to the 'Joy for 2 o'clock to hook up with Gemma and Jim in support of his ol' mucker Ben?

His complaining about moaners on the internet and the assumption they do nothing all day is quite telling of the bubble Jeff has lived in for years. A bubble of idleness and aloofness.

I get the impression that most people contributing here have jobs, I do. Jeff doesn't seem to understand that a person can be politically aware and active and still work a job.
Activism isn't a "Tools Down" for life option- that weakens the provenance of your message and having a job keeps you tuned into the reality of society.

There was a telling moment yesterday of Jeff's attitude to work and the people who work. He was making the point that Jobpath is hindering people's ambitions by attempting to put them into jobs that the client feels they're better than.
Jeff mentioned 2 jobs in particular: Stacking shelves and cleaning toilets. What's wrong with those jobs? They're ordinary enough jobs for sure but there's nothing wrong with doing them. I've personally had far tougher jobs than those.
And what does that say of Jeff's opinion of people who do those jobs? When he's waltzing around Tesco loading up cheap chicken nuggets for his kids and he sees someone working away stacking bags of nuggets or when he's waiting outside the toilets whilst they're getting cleaned...if you're looking down on that job you're looking down on the people who do those jobs.

Government programmes have given Jeff every opportunity to better his lot
and after 10years he's failed to do that for himself and his family. Jeff expects to join the army at 4 star General level...and that's not how life works.

It was quite something Jeff posting a pic of himself and Damian and pitching Damo to the jobs market...what about himself?? Is a job good enough for Damo but not for Jeff?

Jeff Rudd looks down on ordinary jobs and the people doing them.

It wasn't really the module for that.

In fairness I was very impressed by the process. These were the public with experience of the service, from front line clients like Rudd to a local Job Reach rep with long experience of working in the field and two Open University TV professors from the 1970's representing WIT who had done a small study on a small sample of JobPath clients.

Jeff was questioned on some of his financial figures which meant that at least one of the brave panel took one for the team and delved into Rudd's Ulysses. Rudd's Magic Utilitarianism style of writing is as repetitive as it is confusing so this was no easy task. Jeff addressed the question and responded in RuddMath (statistics and data overly simplified).
Notes were taken by all parties.

I see Jeff is recruiting again. He has a wee cartoon explaining what his company can do for businesses (unfortunately the graphics move too quickly that a lot of it can't be read- but it's a business that wants to promote other businesses).

It looks as though he has broken the seventh seal on the Shirkers' Scrolls:
Jeff is so unwilling to do a job that even when he creates one for himself he wants to hire someone to do it for him- for free!
I kid you fncking not.

He's even offered the job to Damien Fagan. I'd like to see Damian sign that "contract".
