Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Some random stuff reduced to clear in my local Tesco (Rush), they seem to be adding to it every week, so worth keeping an eye out for the yellow stickers in your local shop.

    Mutti pizza sauce - 400g - €1
    Tesco chopped tomatoes with basil - 390g - 30c
    Cirio passata - 400g - 70c
    Mutti passata - 750g - €1.25
    Napolina pizza base - 2 pack - €1.38
    Kellogg's Fruit n Fibre - 700g - €2.05
    Batchelors Chick Peas/Kidney Beans 400g - 70c
    Batchelors Chick Peas/Kidney Beans 3 x 225g - €1.15
    Tesco butter beans - 225g - 30c
    Tesco Aubergine Bruschetta topping - 190g - 90c
    Tesco Tomato Bruschetta topping - 190g - 90c

Most of these are still listed as full price online.

Just make sure it is that price per kilo on the label, in my tesco there was a mixture of ones at different prices.

Aye, it should be €5.85 for a 1 kg pack and ranging up to €8.19 for a 1.4 kg pack.

Didn't scan at half price at the till on self service, I'd to call a staff member over and after 5 mins checking with several people I finally got it atb€5.85kg

Typical Tesco, always messing around with prices.

Not really surprised tbh, I've been doing a lot of my shopping elsewhere, over the last year...

Tesco prices / offers are no where near as good, as they used to be.

    Thanks,

    G.

Nescafe Alta Rica coffee 190g only €3. Excellent price considering full price for the 100g is usually around €6.

Wow, nice find! Surely that's a mistake
Must try pick up some as the 100g "on offer" is still €3.87!

Yea, my husband bought about 10 of them. Working from home uses a lot of coffee. It's online at that price too, we assumed it was a mistake at first, probably is.

Just picked up 9 of them and had a 5 euro off coupon for over 25 spend, so 22 euros for 9 of them!! Thats incredible. Well sorted for some of the lockdown now. Thanks again

+1, I was saying this in another thread

The full sugar 2L of pepsi is also a standout one, coca-cola products have shrank the 2L bottles to 1.75L due to the sugar tax.

Regular 7up is also 2L -but it reduced its sugar when the sugar tax came in and just tastes like some crappy own brand lemonade now (it had already changed years ago and tasted like bog standard stuff rather than the old 7up which had a distinct taste)

there are now 40 items on the list, there were 39 yesterday, the regular pepsi could well be the new one.

The VAT on the pepsi bottle is 19cent and the sugar tax is 60cent so I reckon its sold at a loss and unlikely to be that price again.

It is club orange light, the club orange zero is not on the list.

The difference is the light has way more orange juice in it 11% vs 5% in zero, it is quite close to tasting like the full sugar one. I don't like the zero one though.

Not sure tbh. Due to the pandemic we started online shopping around early April and we had a delivery every week since. I think it was sometime in July we got this little box with a few "cholesterol raising teeth destroyers" in it along with our usual shopping.

I have to say it was very thoughtful of Tesco :)

No idea, think this is the first one I got this year. Usually get them a couple of times a year.

I get them a few times a year too, I assumed it's a way to try to sell certain products as I never go in store so they can't tempt me that way?

Last Tuesday was also the last day but they seemed to have changed a few products and extended for another week. Wonder will they do this every week?!
