It's never too late. Santa never sleeps, and really appreciates whatever anyone can throw into the pot whenever.

Up until 5 minutes after the apocalypse Beasty will still be matching donations.

After that he'll be busy cause some guy has been sitting in his chair for about 13 billion years.

Any updates on where the money has been going or is there another thread somewhere for that?

Yes, sorry.... uncharacteristcally, two different charities (Barretstown and St Raphael’s Special School, Kildare) were both very quick off the mark (to be fair, Barretstown always are... if you are ever stuck for a kids charity to donate to, they are just wonderful people who make every penny last).

So, two projects are already nearly complete. I'm awaiting delivery details and then should have pics for you in the next few weeks! Barretstown got two projects funded (they manage so many kids all year round that they are really the best "bang for buck" for our meagre funds!). One was 6 bows for archery along with fletchings and some outdoor heaters and lights (to extend the times they can use the site during the day and also the number of months they can have people out there at all!)
The second project was for flotation aids for their canoeing club!
About 2,500 was granted for each of these projects. So thats 5k gone already.

St Raphaels have 11 classes (!!) and so they were granted 2,500 to split between the classes and did they ever go to town on that! Each class and each teacher got to draw up a list of materials (see below!) to the tune of about 200 euro each. (I left the school decide how best to spend the money). The list is kinda heart warming but also sad that they need the basics like this. :(

Anyway, accounts are coming. I'm still getting some cash in (like the comedy night etc) but it looks like about 12k in total.
