Beautiful hands. This reminds me of the Leinster of old

Great game management by Madigan. That inside pass immediately put us back up the field to score the bonus. The man is a genius. Always one step ahead

funny but mcfadden nearly forgot to touch the ball down. guess its such a rare thing he has forgotton how to do it
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you're being facetious but he was dummying the try to get up and get closer to the posts. Except an Embra player closed that option off.

But your view was sooo much funnier

    And the optional defence too!

    Poor defence in the end!

No one able to slow Edinburgh ball there.

This is a strange performance. Decent attack and terrible defense is not how we've played for the rest of this season. Why is it different today?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,681 ✭✭✭✭P_1

    Almost worked out beautifully there

    Healy back on?

McFadden should be gone for that. Looked horrible.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,231 ✭✭✭A-Train

McFadden with an awful looking hit once again!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,166 ✭✭✭✭Zzippy

McFadden tckling with his head? No arms anyway

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,681 ✭✭✭✭P_1

    Jausus that didn't look good!

Ferg what the ****. He's done that a fee times in the last few weeks

    Leinster pressing the self-destruct here.

Definitely arms involved. Very high on the chest.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

    Yellow.

    At least.

Red and a stretcher for McFadden?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,033 ✭✭✭✭Richard Hillman

    That was a horrendous tackle.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 824 ✭✭✭sheep?

I can't believe the ref. That's a yellow card at least.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,229 ✭✭✭LeinsterDub

Intention doesn't matter sir. It's no arms and high. And that's from a Leinster fan

McFadden has done this in a recent game too.

    Idiot.

    Red card for McFadden.

Edit. the officials have funked it

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

That's a terrible call. He deserved instant yellow. Attempt to wrap is generous. It was high and possibly to neck or jaw area.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,166 ✭✭✭✭Zzippy

Lucky not to add to his excellent disciplinary record there

    Very lucky there

Very lucky boy there! Making silly hits like that all season.

    That's a bull**** call.

Won't have any impact on the game, but a bull**** call all the same.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,047 ✭✭✭Bazzo

He could easily be cited for that, his discipline this season has been terrible.

Yup WR have spent the last 2 years repeatedly saying intention doesn't matter. Ref he didn't intend to do it so he grand

    Ref bottled that. Minimum yellow.

Indeed, not the first time. Has he just forgotten how to tackle, or something more intentional???

    Lucky boy McFadden...

One score game and our defence has been poor. Need to get this restart high up the pitch

Should have been yellow for McFadden.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,806 ✭✭✭corny

McFaddens reputation preceding him a little. Don't know how everyone missed the genuine attempt to wrap.

Yellow on the basis of it being high perhaps but not for no arms.

Having one arm out is not an attempt to wrap. He didn't get the reputation for no reason either, he's done silly things a few times this season

He'll get a ban for that for sure.

Agreed he's a liability but i saw a genuine attempt to tackle. Just got bounced on impact.

Attempting to wrap is a other way of saying he didn't wrap.

I honestly thought the tackle was fine and play on. If they don't instantly bounce away then he gets a wrap and completes the tackle. It wasn't high either.

Having seen some of the decisions in all rugby competitions this year I wouldn't be so sure

Mick Kearney for me. Did everything right, few big carries and lots of tough tackling too.

Though I admit I was watching like a hawk.

Not at all. Attempting to wrap is an another way of saying he attempted a legitimate tackle but got knocked backwards in a heavy collision. If true thats not a penalty.
