    Glad to see a thread like this as I'm currently depressed about how unfit I am!! Had a baby, and lost too much weight for various reasons so I'm down to 50kg and so weak! Set a goal of Dingle marathon so starting to worry as I struggled with ten mins on the treadmill this week!!! Energy is zero :-/ so feeling accomplished today As I forced myself to the gym and did 5.8km at an average pace of 06.02....Pace wasn't great but I didn't stop and even though the treadmill says I'm clinically dead with heart rate of zero, I'm feeling slightly more energised than i have been for a long time!

    Hope I can get some moral support from fellow runners on here as I build on my training from now.

    She was saying you weren't able to explain the rules of American football to her so there was no point in her watching it tonight. I was just trying to show her what a touch down was :)


    Your missus is to classy for that, although she did hook up with you...

    Tell her thanks for the lift saved me limping miles to my car in the cold.
