Had that yesterday, stomach rumbling at 9am (I usually don't eat til 11.30am on a work day) so had to tell it there are no more ham & cheese toasted sambos for breakfast or Celebrations and Vienetta :pac:

Five hours traipsing around IKEA on Sunday in the general nightmare of fighting couples, kids screaming loudly, husbands screaming silently as everyone rushes to buy flat pack suburban dreams and make their houses all look the same on the inside. Give me a local store any day but the OH insisted on IKEA and since she was paying I didn't have a say. Eventually got everything sorted after agonising over frivolities such as press handles and knob colours (snort). Got the order in, paid for it and collected it all at the end. Not without having to go through the mill with the automated robotic moron working at collections who informed us we had a wait time of two hours because "people have ordered furniture today" -

Really? Was this some kind of force majeure? That in a furniture store, people might order fúcking furniture? Eventually got our stuff and packed it all up, left vowing never to return.

Phone call from Dad just now.

They gave us all the wrong stuff.

Try buying two three door wardrobes and finding out the panel on the second one is faulty and can't be built. Shítebags.
They need to place more of those soft footballs around the store that you can hoof when you're frustrated.

Also, there's a special place in hell for the parents who treat the whole place as a jungle gym for their kids.

The green triangle is the only nice one in the quality street tin! I'm sick of all that stuff though, ate too much over Christmas!

Taking the decorations down last night was super annoying! I had to de-tangle 3 sets of fairy lights, was close to dumping the lot. Luckily one set wasn't working anymore, I ended up having to cut that one up in order to save the other two. When I almost had the bastards off the tree, my cat decided to have one last go at climbing the tree. She got tangled up and panicked, so now I have a big scratch on my arm.

weight watchers have changed their system and increased the points of all the foods that I like, it was bad enough trying to get back on the wagon and now I can't eat anything. I need chocolate, copious amounts of chocolate and I can't have any (well correction, I can probably have one square for about 100 points) :mad:

A lad I work with has the most (I mean trivially) annoying sig on his e-mail. He is a contractor but I'd have a lot of dealings with him.

I'm afraid I do this :rolleyes:, my OH doesn't like spicy food but my favorite food is thai curry so my OH puts up with it and I compromise by making it mild. Though there is bother whenever I get a new paste as it could be spicier then normal and I have a higher spice threshold so I keep extra coconut milk on hand and he is my guinea pig

, its the only way it works.

I'm about to blow a fuse here. All I want to do is view a document that was sent to me by someone in college. Sounds fairly easy. So I try opening it and I am told it's a zipped file and I don't have winzip. Then I try saving it to my desktop and it tells me I have already saved it there. I try opening it there and I am told that my winzip trial which apparently started 348 days ago is "about to run out" and do I want to register. I tell it I do and then it tells me to fúck off. I then choose to continue with the trial but have to select "annoy me about this again in one week" first. Then, the feckin thing doesn't open anyway. So I go back to the original email and there is another icon there which can click on to open it. It is some kind of Google Drive thing. Tells me I must enter an email address. Each one I enter is invalid. Eventually I enter a seemingly valid one and it asks me for a password. I can't remember that so I have to click password reset. The password reset gets sent to an old redundant Eir account that my Dad once had and...I cant remember the password for that. I have to reset THAT password and they tell me they will send the link to my work email. Work blocks the email and I have to contact administrator to get it through. Reset password. Get into old redundant account. Reset for Google account is there so I click on it. It tells me a code has been sent to my mobile. Scramble around for mobile and enter code. Reset password. Go back and try to log in again and it tells me that I must "request permission" so I select "request permission" and nothing happens.

Ten minutes later I get an email warning me that I have just tried to access my own account and am I really me and would I like to give myself permission to access my own account.

I fúcking give up.

My mother never stops giving out and bitching about the people she works with. I know they're an awful group of people but I know for a fact that half the things she says/does are to wind them up. She's delighted with herself for making some charts because one of her colleagues will be raging that she's done it already. My mother needs to grow up!!!

For f@cks sake. That's annoying. Was going to rejoin WW tomorrow night but might not bother now. I bought their books and calculator a few years ago and they then changed their system. Now they're at it again

They are trying to guide you away from anything with fat or sugar in it so they've increased the points and reduced the points slightly for lean protein, it's shyte. I've been a member for 2 years but I cancelled my account today, I think I've been doing it long enough to go it alone at this stage, if you have the books and the calculator you can probably just do it yourself. If you need any help just let me know

Thanks very much. I have spreadsheets done up to track the last few years. I know the points that I need for each weight division, thanks. I am going to do my own version, and go to the classes for the weigh ins. I never bothered with their "filling and healthy" plan when they brought that in. I do my own "nibbling and unhealthy" one !

The new ink is complete! Have to say people seem to exaggerate the pain a little bit, it's nothing dreadful and that was the ribs. I do like it, but a little annoyed that it didn't come out as I had imagined and it's a little bit too big. All in all though, I think I'm happy :pac:

You're a couple of weeks away from the finished product anyway.
Let it settle down and I'm sure you'll be happy with it... Assuming you didn't just get it on a whim and picked your design at least a few weeks ago.

Pain is subjective.... I have my back, chest and both full arms tattooed... I've fell asleep during a longer session.
Another day I was about 25 mins into a 3 hour sitting and I had to tap out and go home.... Lack of sleep and high or low blood sugars can all play a part, including your general mood.

TA'd that I now really want a new tattoo but have pretty much no upper body free space left.

Ah yeah, it's more it was supposed to be very light pink and white, but it's pretty dark pink and white. He did say that the redness of my skin from the tattoo was making it look dark and would fade nicely. I really really hope so!

Pink is probably the colour that most needs to settle down. The redness of the skin definitely shows through initially.

Not really fussed on getting my legs done. I might at some point but no strong urge.
I'd LOVE to be able to completely remove my sleeves though, so I could start again with new designs.
