    That penalty was 50/50.

    There are rules giving the referees an option not to give it in situations like this.

    His hand was lying on the ground, naturally.

    I don't think not giving it is penalizing Chelsea TBH.

    Hazard is still top quality. He just gets absolutely no help from the rest of the players. Stick him at City and he'd be scoring so many points.

    Agreed.

    In terms of game spirit the result is fair.

    I don't know what happened to Chelsea.
    Even Mourinho can't get it I guess...

    Watching it in real time rather than replay I really dont think so. Either way chelsea losing not getting that pen call and not getting the tight offside decision.
