I just published my first level.

    4046-0000-0030-324A

I tried not to pack it with too much stuff as items kept unlocking while I was building.

This better be good after the build up you have it with your last post;-)

Are you mixing my post up with OwaynOTT's post?

Nice interview and some vintage footage.

Hopefully the game arrives tomorrow. It should do. Ruined my weekend not having it.

No, I'm really not convinced. I've been playing random UGC levels for the past 2 hours or so, and theres been maybe 3 or 4 good ones, and all the rest are hot garbage. Nintendo makes it look so easy, but I imagine making a mario level that doesn't suck is actually pretty hard.

I'll tell you tomorrow. :) I've seen very good levels online.

Yes, for every good level, theres more garbage ones.

That's always going to be the case, especially in the first few weeks of the game.

My copy will hopefully be here tomorrow. I'm currently sitting here hand drawing level plans.

Also, this is one of the freakiest things I've seen in a mario game

All unlocked now thanks to Mr E's link. So will mess around with them more later.
I notice a common theme is either automated levels or run fast levels.

I do kind of miss the dancing characters in the Mario U style.

Anyone know what the bottom row of the tile set is for?

Did you finish that so it would upload?

I left the gamepad with my 3 year old son. I came back and he had more or less filled the level with items.

It is actually possible to finish if you can find your way through.

Took me many lives, but wanted to finish it for her anyway, as nobody else had tried it.

Ha ha fair play she will be delighted! I might actually be on to something here, abstract levels designed by children only finished by real men:-)

Fair play for having the patience for that, thank you! I'll stick your real man tee shirt in the post once I receive your stamped addressed envelope in the post.

Played and finished. I hate to tell you this, but I think your daughter may be evil. You trained her well

I would love some psychics manipulation stuff in the game, to add moon-gravity or something. Man I want to play SML 2 now.

You don't need to tell me about her evil streak, she gets it from her mother! She actually really likes the game, I wasn't expecting that but it kinda makes sense as its, in a way, similar to minecraft and terraria which she loves.

Playing this game has made me realise I'd like the ability to record gameplay. It's a feature I never use on the PS4 but I'd like here.

If you really want to do it you could buy one of those capture cards, I've got a live gamer portable knocking around somewhere I might just hook it up one of these days.
