Joe could solve the homeless problem by tomorrow if he wanted..just like the headshops

As I said earlier, you know you are getting old when you are agreeing with Joe. Whose idea was it to ban bedsits? Yes they were generally kips, but they were affordable.

They banned them and the next day we had a housing crisis.

It was in the FF/GP programme for government in 2007. Legislation was created in 2008 and the ban came in in 2013.

Someone in RTÉ needs to explain to Joe how to use the phrase "so to speak" correctly, so to speak.

Instant ghetto - can you imagine what it would be like within a week? 90% living in fear of 10%.

there's a lad from Dundalk picks people up outside Mosney and brings them to work every day, very reasonable rates as he said himself a few weeks back

When Joe is finished his Dictshun course, could he be sent on a Not Shouting Over Your Callers course?

He really is the rudest, most ill-mannered radio host ever. How is he not ever corrected on it?

In fairness, she sounds pretty reasonable.

I heard the story recently of a tenant ringing a landlord looking to buy and set a few mice traps for them.

Was it just me or when Joe said "Don't shout out the window" there that it sounded like:

    "Don't sh!t out the window"?

Only if they're up to date with the rent payments, otherwise it'll be the PRTB
