It's grand, also teach Business which I really love. :D I think my passion is rubbing off on people too.

In other news, I have purchased a Samsung S6 after 5 years of an iPhone.

I loved business 1 mark of an a1 when I looked at the script but it had been already recorrected by you know the head examiner so didn't bother appealing and even at that I was so sick during that toilet vomiting before it barely made it through the exam.

I loved applied maths, physics and chemistry dcg too. English no not so much although I was dyslexic in primary school and had to do a lot of extra English lessons and go to the dyslexia association when I was younger for 5 years. I was a lucky one though and managed to catch up and sit lc honours English with no spelling or grammar exemptions and I got a c1 in it. I was lucky that my parents found out when I was young and I got the help some are not that lucky unfortunately.

On the phones I had to sendy 8 month old iPhone 6 to apple today to be fixed not a great start fifth iPhone in a row never had an issue until now.

That did so much to put people off Irish in the past

I prefer A Thig Ná Tit orm, much easier for the students and enjoyable enough.

Can't beat an triail for a bit of Catholic Ireland bashing though! Is úirchill an chreagain still on the paper? I've fond memories of that back in 2010!

    For what?

Charger is completely loose barely staying connected and I didn't break it just went like that. I also think there is an issue with the battery loosing charge way too quick even compared to my 2.5 years iPhone 5 which the battery is completely worn out in which I'd expect as that was a good 1.5 years old before it started to decline this one went down hill after 3 months. Ah sure I'm not sure if they will fix it or not but its under warranty.

    We're talking about phones now?

iPhone 3GS was my first smartphone. Used it for 3 years.
Then I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, have it 2 years. It has become slow, I want a new phone but probably wont buy another one until this one dies.

Oh dear God, all this results talks reminds me that I'm back at work in a few weeks. The hardship, so hard to face back :(

Been using an M7 the last two years and it's never giving me an ounce of bother, battery on it though is terrible. I could upgrade in a few months time to an M9 or iPhone 6 but I don't really want to be in a contract for another 24 months, especially with Meteor.

Had been using an original Htc one V for years until a few weeks ago, it gave up the ghost. It was a great phone though, put up with a torrent of abuse over the years :P

Have an M8 now since and its been grand. I don't ask much from a phone bar the ability to make calls and have a good camera

I know some here were awaiting leaving cert results today so I hope you did well and are happy.

And if you're not talk to someone, parent, friend or teacher. From a teacher and someone who repeated the lc, it really isn't the end of the world and is no reflection on you or your abilities.

I may have been one of those people (yes I am that young if ye didnt realise :p)
Thrilled with my results, and its such a relief to finally have it over and done with!

On car news, I picked up a set of alloys for the Corolla today. Look decent enough on the car, I'll try post a picture of them tomorrow on the car when I clean them up :)

Spotted this on the cycling forum, I can't stop laughing at the fact he crashed into the car because he took his hand off the brakes to yell

The car was in the wrong drove straight out in front of him. Imo hopefully the driver is convicted of driving without due care and attention.

I never done the leaving cert so I do not know how easy it is as an exam. (I reckon it would be easy)

On topic of smart phones, I am a android user. Had a Motorola Atrix 4G, then a Samsung SII and then a Note II and now a Oneplus One.

How come you didn't do LC?

I found it okay, although I got B's and C's (nothing lower thankfully :P) and did only 2 higher level subjects (Construction and Latvian). I could have done better if studied more, I guess.

Left after the junior cert in the summer of 2000. I didn't like school and the teachers didn't like me either so just left and got a job as a electrician.

Was behind a 141 Golf GTI today in traffic.

Such an ordinary looking car and it was almost silent.

    Wheres the fun in that

I get cars driving out in front of me when I'm driving, I tend to stop so I don't crash into them.
I know the car is totally in the wrong, but I can't help thinking the cyclist could have anticipated what the other driver was going to do or what the driver might have done.
Cyclists often travel as fast as or faster than cars, but from watching a lot of cyclist videos, some of them seem to compound bad driving by not reacting to it, and invariably end up in a bad situation, usually followed by roaring out the reg number of the car, then following the car and giving out.

On the other hand, motorists are idiots a lot of the time.

    Wut? :pac:

To be honest I haven't a clue whats going on there. Shivered just looking at it. I just about did the LC. Ended up going into sparkin like yourself. Twas the thing to do at the time.

Lads my elfow tag has never worked since I got it a week ago. Can't use the easy barriers.

Any ideas before I ring them in the morning?

Misread that as elbow first. They usually only work for the person they were originally fitted to
