FWIW I think all feigning of injury should be classed as bringing the game into disrepute but the rules as they stand do not class it as such.

To be honest Tyrone are lucky that the don't have more players suspended for the semi final along with with a few Monaghan lads getting suspensions for the behaviour that we seen on Saturday.

Oh the High Court would be the place for any review. And it continues to have sittings through the holidays, I believe they are on Monday and obviously usually deal with injunctions, applications involving big commercial decisions etc.

I said your response was whimsical. No conspiracy theories either, Kerry's games have all been televised this year so i have seen it with my own eyes.

Every single bad tackle or "shemozzle" can be argued to bring the game into disrepute. Most of the players in the Monaghan Tyrone game could be arguably up for it using your method of ignoring the clearly set out offence in the rulebook.

Kevin Keane will be probably done for striking, as per the rulebook. Want his charge changed to bringing the game into disrepute?

What no one seems to be pointing out is that McCann is actually pretty useless and all this will do is help Mickey create an even bigger seige mentality.

And as a Solicitor myself, I can tell you that if something needed to be reviewed or the All Ireland would be suspended with the massive financial implications, they'd find a Judge. No bother.

What would be the "massive financial implications" of postponing the semis and final? RTE would still show them, fans would still attend. What would be the massive financial implication? Think you would need at least that to scoot into that list to be honest. I have seen serious matters worth much not get anywhere near it.

It is a correct statement to say that the Courts are now closed because they are. That does not preclude there being emergency sittings. I think you are talking out your hoop though in relation to getting this ridiculous issue fast-tracked. Hmmm all you like.

Nothing conspiracy about it. Everyone can see the decisions Kerry has gotten. They are stacking up at this stage.

Feigning foul or injury is supposed to be punished with a yellow card in a game ....I don't see how an 8 week ban is at all fair in comparison, McCann is far from the 1st player to play act and con the ref so why now does this kinda ban have to be introduced? Decisions on correct punishments for these types of incidents should be made before seasons not at the semi final stage.
