    I love this thread.

Today will be a carb fest. Thursday I must return to healthy weight loss inducing eating. So I'm indulging in carbs for now.

I've just eaten weetabix with muesli.
Next I must polish off some white toast with honey and azzera coffee.

Super lame toast and butter. I'm sure it was nice if you are into that sort of thing.

Courgette protein pancakes with raspberries and Greek yogurt. The courgette was a great success, lovely moist pancakes. Added bonus of sitting out in the sun

Homemade herb and fennel bread, toasted. One slice topped with Supervalu's Spiced beef, the other with a slice of smoked cheese.

Not the healthiest breakfast - I blame my German husband, who loves his German style breakfasts and has me hooked. I try to alternate with cereal days.

    recipe pls!

I completely made it up but I used 100g of courgette (squeeze the bejeesus out of it to get rid of most of the water), one scoop of protein powder (I used my protein maple syrup flavour, you could probably sub it with ground almonds or something) and an egg white. Nom nom

Poached eggs on sour dough and rye toast.

    ^ Snap! :)

Poached eggs (As per big thread - supermarket fresh - the one on the right with vortex, left was dropped into still water), sausage patties and dark rye toast. Dash of hot pepper sauce.

Gluten free chocolate chip pancakes. They were very close to regular pancakes but I'm a bit weird about certain textures and they felt a bit grainy after I chewed them so I didn't finish them. I'm such a wuss. :D Husband had banana and a drop of maple syrup instead of chocolate and he thought they were fine. He's not a wuss!
