I made 600g of pasta today and I'd like to try my hand at ravioli or tortellini before I stick it in the freezer. Any ideas for fillings?

Ricotta with lemon zest. Dress the cooked pasta with warm olive oil, chilli flakes, chopped parsley and lemon zest.

I made egg yoke and ricotta ones a while back, they were pretty spectacular. One thing, do season them a lot and maybe add a little herbage or something as they are quite mild.

Feck, just realised I put this in the breakfast thread. Sorry!

I'm thinking classic ricotta and spinach, and also some crab and caper.

I had some wheaten loaf toasted with butter and marmalade, a bowl of very bitter grapefruit segments and an iced coffee.

I'm currently in boggerland, and the little farmers market near my parents place make these deadly little mini-loaves of bread in different flavours, six for a fiver. My sister and I managed to demolish a tomato one between us in seconds, sliced thinly with loads of butter. It was feckin gorgeous!

Ikea flat bread with cream cheese, cinnamon and a drizzle of agave nectar.

Read that as 'flatpack bread', appropriately enough!
    Sounds delicious anyway :)

I'd have dropped the ketchup/mustard combo and used either brown sauce or raspberry jam. If you've never tried the latter with a pork sausage, please do before criticising.

Good for you. I'll stick with mustard and ketchup.

In Cork for the weekend. On the recommendations from the forum, went to Liberty Grill. Had the Mediterranean breakfast - scrambled eggs, grilled halloumi, spinach, vine tomatoes, pesto & a brown pitta. So delish!!!
