More omelette. Filled with sauteed mushroom, feta, crushed dried chillies and spring onion. Avocado and cherry tomatoes on the side.

Well I tried to have Porridge, dried cranberries, linseed mix and blueberries with a dollop of glenisk vanilla yoghurt on top to loosen it up but ...7months pregnant.
This has been my go-to breakfast since getting pregnant but this morning I couldn't look at it. Thoughts of a spoon of it had me gagging. Very strange. Thought I was well over that carry-on!

Yeah sometimes it comes back, they don't tell you that

Boring and as plain as anything but I'm trying to be healthy. Poached eggs on Slimster's bread. (Most mornings these days)

Three slices of white pudding & three slices of black pudding, fried in unsalted butter, because that makes all the rest of the salt disappear :P:pac:

    Aw, Sounds quite sad vic!

Today was a butlers coffee and two chocs (because the nice girl clearly thought I looked hungry!). Starved now so just had runny boiled egg on multi seed bran bread.

I wish. Then I can stop buying a dozen every third day.

Lunch today was smoked bacon, sausages, black and white putting, fried eggs, toast and orange juice.

A long time since we had it, it was lovely for a change, but will be a while before we eat it again, was full for ages afterwards.

My parents came to visit so we had a lovely big breakfast of blueberry pancakes, sliced banana and maple syrup. Lots and lots of tea.

Brown bread waffle (made weeks ago, thanks freezer!) with rasberries and vanilla yoghurt. Two cups of coffee.

What looks like a wonky one-eyed caterpillar, is actually a beautiful soft boiled organic egg and perfectly ripen avocado. It doesn't get better than this (except for when I crave steak and egg in the mornings). Simply seasoned with sea salt and freshly ground Sarawak white pepper.

Latest (and slightly over toasted) experimental granola - buckwheat/oats/walnuts/pumpkin seeds/cocoa/cranberry with Greek yoghurt. Dog had a bowl of yoghurt too, we've got a breakfast buddy thing going on.

It looks a total mess but it was tasty! Chorizo and tomato toasts with fried eggs.

Mrs Fox, where do you get your avocados? Or even where did you get that one? I can never find the nice ripe ones.

It's a hit and miss really, isn't it, with them damn avocados. This one was from Tesco.

Sound. I'll try there. So hit and miss - very frustrating!

Many places have the "ready to eat" ones alongside the normal rock-hard bullet ones, for a slight price premium, of course. I'm pretty sure Tesco do, and I even think Lidl have them too.

Yes, I don't trust them ready-to-eat packagings because I've had underriped/overriped ones a number of times.

My last avacados took a week and a half to ripen, when they did though, they were delicious!

My favourite breakfast. I had the identical one (down to the honey and spelt bread) a couple of days ago. The only difference was butter instead of olive spread.
