Well that was impressive. Swatted Murray aside like a pesky fly. Should be a good final 1st vs 2nd seed.

Tennis GOAT surely? He was incredible today.

Think it's all come from one article in Germany, I'm skeptical.

Bild aren't known for rubbish articles though, I'd say its pretty dead on.

When I started my fitness regime I was a 38" waist, and tight at that, I've now slipped into a 34" jeans I havent worn in 3-4 years and they're a bit loose on me!

1 week into a month of eating clean and I'm looking at people scoffing doughnuts and imagining ripping their heads off!

Further more, eating broccoli at 11 in the morning will never catch on!

I'm 6 months into considering eating healthy. About 2 years into almost starting an exercise programme. Reckon I'm fairly close to thinking about joining the gym.

Not seeing much in the way of weight loss or muscle gain but then these don't come overnight...

The last thing you want to do is rush into these things, you could end up with an injury

That sounds great. Working hard all week and looking forward to your saturday morning plate of broccoli.

What sort of green treat do you wow yourself with on sunday mornings?

Can't get a real Kung po on this island... And by real I mean the American version where it was invented.

Having said that there's a brilliant schezuan restaurant on Parnell st called schezuan chilli king (original, I know) and it's proper schezuan cuisine. Highly recommended!

I'm getting a kebab for the mcgregor fight. If it's after midnight your body doesn't recognise the calories. There's no actual science to back that up but it is a fact.

Was tempted, but think I'm gonna get some sleep and get up and watch it (not live) first thing.

It's some trek through the night!

    It is all right.

I went for a nap earlier so I'll be awake for the fights but I'm sitting here now thinking what am I doing with my life!
