Bpmull. .. you don't have the phone charging in the Renault do ya.... the french electrical gremlins have begun already...

Sure everyone has a torch on their phone!

You know what I carry around in my cars? Absolutely nothing.

The S4 doesn't even have a spare wheel in it since the scum who robbed the car helped themselves to it.

The Merc probably does have a spare, I've never bothered checking though :pac:

That S4 can probably fly if it gets a puncture:p

I used to carry all sorts, now I don't bother.
All that's normally in my boot is the light.

I left you a present on the front seat of mine the last time, but you didn't take it!

So lads, do the NCT open the bonnet during the test?

My car is in on Sat. Drove to the shops, and on my return journey my "bulb gone" light turned on, on the dash. So I went to check it on my return, popped the bonnet release and when opening the bonnet the piece of plastic that pops out of the grill to open it popped off. So as of now, I can't get to the engine bay at all.

This time last year the rad burst, and now this ugh!

You should be able to grab the cable with a pliers or the like and pull it to release it.

But mine is being driven by me, you know an 'older, wiser driver' :pac:
In fairness mine has never used oil, and it never gets a chance to get cold, let alone flatten the battery.

The jump leads are more for customers in work, you'd make a fair bit on tips :pac:

Oil is however needed every now and again :p

You can reset with username as well which should not be an option really. Create a rule to automatically send all those emails into the trash

You'd hardly get many people who stop to get fuel and there battery is dead would you ?

Battery was fairly fcuked in the megane ive bought so they are putting a new one in it. Hard to know if the battery is bad or just hasn't been charged probably and has been sitting up for a few months. We will say I test drove it one day for 10 mins they had to jump it then next day I test drove it again and the battery was too flat to start the engine but would turn it over just not wuivk enough or long enough. The car is charging the battery though as I came back from the test drive and it started perfect 2 or 3 times.
