I haven't acknowledged anything about NATO. Are you going to constantly make things up? Are you going to constantly make false assertions about what people say? Is that how you operate?
I stated that Russia could annihilate any European country in a week, including Ukraine. You can try to derail the discussion with a load of locker-room whatiffery about NATO but I'm not interested. Like I said, Russia could annihilate Ukraine in a week (or any other European country...now you can squawk about NATO all you want, it's irrelevant to what I'm talking about) but haven't.
So... Russia have invaded Ukraine, apparently, but Ukraine have defeated them. Is that what's happening?

Russia is getting a great run out of their victories in WW2. Their not in a situation anything like that time now though. They were able to win WW2 because they out manufactured Germany. They won't be able to do that today and they won't be able to depend on their terrible weather to protect them this time either. Modern machinery isn't as susceptible to cold as they would have been back in 1940.

Are people now saying Russia isn't in the process of invading parts of the Ukraine?

No they can't. does Russia have transporters and can appear in random EU country's ? They would first have to go through Ukraine, Belarus. I would lay off the Vodka. And to be fair they are struggling in Ukraine at the moment so I wont be expecting tanks in Paris just yet or in Germany.

So now you're saying that Ukraine forces have repelled a Russian Invasion, is that what you are saying? Russia has invaded, and Ukraine have defeated them yet the only evidence of the invasion is a rusted hulk of a tank that could be anywhere and this shot was taken last year.

No, but Germany had it's most crippling loss due to getting caught up in the Russian winter, if they had a sensible leader they would have turned around and waited but they had a lunatic in charge that pushed on regardless..

Outside of that it was russian ability to produce adequate weapons much faster than germanys technologically superior yet fragile weapons. The russians couldn't depend on farmers building tanks in their haysheds this time around though, manufacturing has moved on from them days.

Any Idea when I will have to start leaning Russian then ? You know when Russia officially invades Ukraine and then steam rolls the rest of Europe as Egg believes that's possible. If they could destroy Ukraine before the NATO response why have they not done so ? I wager they can't, all Ukraine would have to do is hold the line till NATO turns up.

Not that I would ever hope for NATO to get involved.
