I've never really had a problem with biting my nails, I've quite long nails that people sometimes think are fake! But the sides of my thumbs are another story altogether..... I'm constantly biting the skin around my nails, its disgusting but I can't stop

I've genuinely never ever bitten my nails before and have zero intentions of ever doing so tbh
As a result my nails grow ridiculously fast

Heh, I'm listening back to a tribute show I did for Tony Fenton on the radio station I work for yesterday. It's horrifically obvious I'm on the verge of tears throughout.

This is an argh because:
a) One of my radio heroes has died.
and
b) I didn't f*cking know the man so why the hell did I react like I did to the news?

Just want to punch a wall so hard that it knocks my heart out. Google music is only after going adding photos of me and the ex as album covers. Don't know what's worse me seeing them everytime I play music or someone else seeing them and thinking I'm gone into stalker mode. So much positive stuff coming up at the end of the month and I'm half in a new relationship yet my mind is stuck in May of 2014 every song is reminding me of the past. My mind is just stuck in the past. Can't shake it for the life of me doctors first thing in the morning I think.
