I just realised I subconsciously judge people for sharing pictures/messages on social media about their nails/eyebrows/lipstick, then remembered how much I used to enjoy giving myself a hot towel shave, and then felt guilty for judging people for doing their thing.

And I still haven't used that football I mentioned earlier this year!
