Convinced my housemates who tend to be a little bit anti-craic that having a house party tomorrow night is the way forward, buzzin'. :D And my friends in college in Dublin are coming up on Thursday, and last night was fun even if there was an hour or so today where I genuinely felt mixing wine, vodka, whiskey and tequila may have eroded my stomach lining but hey, RAG week is fun and the academic side of my life could not be any more in the sh*ts than it is now but be graaaaaaaand. :D

In all my years drinking chocolate Yazoo I've never thought to stick it in the freezer first.

    Unbelievable Jeff.

Never again shall I not freeze my chocolate Yazoo

I'm gone a bit simple on this. Do you mean you're going to keep putting it in the freezer or not?

Decided to make pancakes for my housemates using the leftover flour cause we're all feeling a bit munchish During late night Fifa time. Flipped them and then poured in chocolate chips and a slice of icecream.rolled it all up and covered them with honey lemon and sugar.
there's few things better than when you cook something for someone and they almost swallow their plate.
I'm wasted in the kitchen I'm in :pac:

Just wrapped up the conclusion of my essay with 4731 words done. All that's left to do is the stupid footnotes and bibliography...that can wait til tomorrow! :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,068 ✭✭✭LoonyLovegood

I HAVE LESS THAN A THOUSAND WORDS LEFT TO WRITE, PLUS BIBLIOGRAPHY AND FINISHING ANNOTATING. Plus I've been adding my footnotes as I go, which is beautiful now. I can easily stretch this paragraph to about six hundred words, give or take, and then I can just do a lovely long conclusion with lots of bull crap. BECAUSE I'M SO CLOSE TO BEING DONE.

THAT STUPID FÚCKING LAB WRITE UP IS DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS

Now that I have 5% of my biochem grade down; a lab write up which took me a full week to do, that consisted of only 1 experiment, with the aid of a manual, time to start my micro lab book, from scratch, which should contain 6 weeks worth of write-ups, with 3 separate experiments per week, and an analyzation of results, making 4-5 write-ups per week, essentially a write up of 30 experiments, and learning outcomes (questions) for each week also, which is due on Wednesday, and worth 70% of my grade

    Yasss, I am very smart.

I worked 50.36 hours this week. They extended our opening hours till three a.m for RAG. week. Our foe: the negligently drunken student. RAG week came.,RAG week was fed. And then sang songs to us.
Clocking out tonight and knowing I have a weekend to myself felt B E A Utiful.

Galway is an amazing city in the fine weather. if the weather was beautiful all year round id happily move to galway. its actually a well planned city minus the traffic. being able to walk from the business parks and shopping centers into the heart of town in minutes. just its always feckin raining when i go up :pac:

Galway in the rain is better than Dublin in the sun. And I'm from Dublin

Maybe. But I just don't like the rain for various reasons. That's why I try to avoid goin up on rainy days cause just gives me bad impression of Galway and I really like Galway

I've been in Galway 3 times in the last 3 weeks. :) Went to see a Limerick band playing there on Tuesday. :pac: But the first of the three nights was awful wet. I got drenched walking from Wood Quay down towards the Spanish Arch. Must've looked like a madman when I got to the Salt House. :D
