    As the killer?

No because he wasn't there when the text was sent.

Yes I know but I do think they threw out so many red herrings that anyone is possible. :)
I'm fully expecting to be wrong but it's all only a bit of fun .

I'm guessing it might be a reasonably well known character but someone who isn't in it as much lately, I thought Whitney but I'm probably a mile off !

Yes I thought along those lines too. I'm convinced it's Lola so will be very cross if she's the one ruled out tonight!

Best newcomer award for Maddy Hill aka Nancy Carter. I can't believe she sounds the same as her character

Yes I don't watch Emmerdale but the clip they showed I'd agree with you!

Defo agree with you there. She has been good but hasn't had her big storyline yet.

I thought it was music box that was given to Beth at Christmas

I think it was the music box meaning she was killed in her room?

Oooh, a music box. I must have missed that. Does that mean she was killed at home?

Oh my, people. You really made me laugh so much tonight with all those posts about whether Mick and Linda had a pub 18 years ago, long before they were even in Eastenders. The outrage and so many people correcting the same thing. Thanks for the fun.

Yeah that would seem to be what it means. Or what we're supposed to think it means anyway! Doesn't really give us any more information tbh,bit disappointing as clues go!

Regarding the music box itself tho,Lucy was killed by a blow to the head wasn't she? Maybe using the music box?

I'm confused as to where the music box was from the time of her death up til xmas - was it still in her room where it'd always been? In which case, why didn't the cops sieze it for forensic examination at some stage? Or was it gone from her room all that time & only showed up again under the Beale's Xmas tree Christmas morning? In which case why didn't they hand it over to the cops then?

Obviously the music box is significant so anyone know this?

Ian said he gave a bunch of Lucy's stuff to the charity shop including the music box. There was a scene not long after the murder where Lauren helped Peter put all Lucy's stuff back in her room. I can't remember if the music box was there but it implies the police did go through her stuff.

I was only tak1ng the proverbial p1ss out of the situation!! I thought it was hilarious that certain people can't see the bizarre nature of it all!

I know if my daughter became pregnant at 13/14 and then two years later and then another two years later, I certainly wouldn't embrace the situation! Yes it can happen but then to invite this young troubled young teenager into your home and allow him to knock your daughter up another couple of times and then give him your pub to manage at 19 when he couldn't manage to put on a johnny the last few years is verging on some parody sketch!!

It's funny that people always have an answer to these things stating the "its possible" line but can't embrace the silliness of it all!

We get the producers have an addiction to Carter characters and it will continue for years to come but Lee is a pointless gimmick at this stage so they could have left him out of the equation or just make a couple of the kids younger!

Biologically it is possible, realistically it is a tad absurd!

I wasn't referring to your post, and wasn't meaning all the teenage pregnancies stuff :)

Is that the charity shop Cora worked at or is that closed down?

Oh yeah,I'd forgotten about that charity shop. What happened there & when did it close? Long before Good Friday I'd say coz she's been working in the launderette for ages now hasn't she?

I don't know why Cora is second favourite all of a sudden,I couldn't see it ever being her.

Would Cora even have anything close to a motive?
