Huh, didn't know they're that cheap, never pass it even though I'm in CIT.

Yeah, he seems to alternate between dearest on the Southside, and cheapest.

I typically go to the Boreenmana road purely because it's around by my gaff and it's usually very decently priced.

Whitechurch in cork has petrol for 127.9 and it's a good petrol station.

The cheapest diesel being reported on pumps.ie is in Clondalkin at 1.19e.
Petrol in Whitechurch seems to be cheapest in the country at the moment.

Haha, trust me the only bit of hole you'll get in that town is at the back of a cow.

Spark plugs? Serviced recently? Injector leaks?

I checked the service book, and it shouldn't need plugs for another 7K or so. It was serviced back in Sept, and each year before on the button.

Not a bother on it after I got out on the road. I must have started it 5 times since. Really odd. It's usually super quick to start up.

As ever life has taken an unexpected twist.

I'm meant to be looking at cars for my OH this weekend to possibly replace her rotten Avensis but fate has thrown some Citroen XM's in my way which MUST be investigated!

Alright lads, what ye think about Christmas north-west meeting?

There's one planned in Cork, but TBH is quite far away from here. :o

Don't know where - Castlebar, Carrick-on-Shannon, Sligo, Tuam, Claremorris? You tell me.

Don't know when (any time suits me apart from 22-26). You tell me.

Had my first experience of being a passenger in a yaris today. 2005 last of the old model. There very spacious in the back once the seats are back although then there is effectively no boot but still. It seems very nippy around town at low speeds. Reasonably convertible suppose to be very economical. The cons I could see were it didn't seem to handle great around corner now maybe that was just me being a passenger. It gets loud over 60 kmh and really loud over 100 kmh. I couldn't believe how noisy tbh not just engine but road noise now maybe that was down to tyres a certain amount. I wouldn't be to mad about driving one on the motorway everyday or on constant long trips. But as a town or tipping around car I can see why they are popular.
