I'm disgusted with myself. It's only 8pm on a sat night and I'm looking forward to a night on the couch in pjs and his hoodie. Who have I become? How did I get to this stage of my life? It was only 5 months ago I was partying literally all night, sleeping for two hours, going to work only sobering up when it was close to home time. I don't feel like myself at all.

Likewise. Herself is going out and I just don't have the energy.. That's what happens when you spend 10 hours listening to people moanin on the phone.

Constant pressure that just because I'm in college, I should be out drinking every weekend or student night, even though it's obvious I don't fit in to the drinking culture (although I don't mind the odd night out now and again). I just want to be able to do what I want without being made to feel like a loser for not going out.

I remember that feeling well! I used to get ribbings even from my aunts and uncles because I rarely drank or went out. Silly.

Are you serious? I was kidding, the sight of such a tome is really a bit daunting for me.....maybe someday. I have been trying to get my head right to try Ulysses (again) so I will try that first:D

I saw someone reading War and Peace once on the bus... Does that count :D

Studied Joyce in college, but thankfully not Ulysses.

Word no idea who is. Herself is watching x-factor on the other side of the room. She was on there. I commented "oh god, what the hell is that, she's not even a contestant. I was informed then who at was, followed by scoffing at my ignorance.

Of course you should get a tattoo for the sake of it - it indicates that you actually like tattoos.

The problem is lacking any experience or depth in order to make it meaningful. And somehow managing it hit upon the same 2 euro sized outline as everyone else on Pintrest, despite your quest for meaning.

Nothing wrong with meaning, but aesthetics come first.

It's called staying in your folks house for the night and having the respect to not ask them to turn off programmes that they enjoy.

But not enough respect not to moan about it to other people.

I believe that it fulfills the criteria of trivial things that annoy.

I get annoyed when people make an innocent well-meaning comment and are subject to a sanctimonious response.

I hate those small cuts that sting like a b*stard. Scraped the back of my thumb off my belt the other day and it hurts so much!

Secondary TA - momentarily forgetting how to spell thumb. Time for bed methinks!

Why , when you go on a night away, is checkout so early? How is that relaxing? The one morning I don't have a small child tormenting me to get up at 7, and I still have to get up:'(. Drank way more than was good for me last night, and breakfast over at 10am. Crawled down, got a glass of OJ, and managed a few grapefruit segments, and tea. Broke out in the sweats, and had to go outside. All we wanted to do was die in the bed till lunchtime. It's backwards they have it, check in should be at 11, and check out at 3.

Envisions arriving at hotel room to find a hungover 73Cat still in the bed.....
'eh, this is my room since 11am'
'well it's still my room until 3pm'
    ..............

Ring them up from the room before checkout and they'll usually extend it!
