    You mean I have to get a garmin ??? Don't really understand the garmin link - is it flat/hilly etc

    Fri....piece of string race ,thank Jaysis it onlyturned out to be only 4 laps,, howth course in reverse,wet miserible night but with super night views of Dublin wen the fog,hail and bleedin rain weren't bate'in us ..26+

    Wed....nice run with Don and ankers from m ploughbouy down to tallagh and up to helfire club from dat side, past a castle iv never seen b4,over to masseys for a dip and back to car through cruagh and tirbradden and den a cup of tea in d hazel house....(guess).....8

    Sat....am...great day out with the trailheads doin the leg 3 of the art o Neill,had a super time..Bout 6+ miles I think,followed by chips and soup in glenmalure inn.
