    Was wondering that myself.

I wonder, If creating another profile on the PS4, with no DNS settings applied, would work?

Go to the unblock-us homepage and select your Netflix preference. WWE Network still works then and you get whatever Netflix you opt for. Simples.

The delayed launch notwithstanding we don't don't get much talk about talk about the Network content.

What are we watching? Enjoyed Countdown High Flyers last week and Main Event this week.

Watching Nitro from the start as I only had access to WWE at the time it was on.

Really enjoying watching 1 or 2 a night. A nicely paced 40 minutes except for the awful dungeon of doom and Kevin Sullivan.

Yeah that's the thing. Early is actually a 21st Century show outside of the Dungeon of Doom. Bischoff was whip smart before the fame went to his head.

If anyone is up late watching Smackdown head over to the Network after it.
A special 30-minute “sneak peek” of The Best of Sting DVD will be shown on the WWE Network immediately following this week’s episode of Smackdown. Below is a synopsis of the special set to air at 10 PM ET on Friday night:
This Sneak Peek gives you a glimpse inside the seven hour collection of the best matches and moments starring the franchise of WCW – Sting.

unblock-us can be a bit of a pain sometimes. Every day, I have to go onto the site on my ps4,as "it appears your Internet address has changed " No. No, it hasnt

    Working again. Phew!

The delay may also have to do with the DVD distributor as once it launches officially they will take a massive hit. Freemantle signed their deal around late 2012 when the plan for the Network was still a pay channel. WWE went with Freemantle over re-signing with Silvervision because the former could handle digital media.

Also, obviously as reported the Canada TV roll-out was a surprising success.

The episode of Smackdown where Batista vacated World Heavyweight Championship due to injury is up on WWE Network. It was a good episode and I miss "Rise Up" as Smackdown theme song.

Watching no mercy 2003. I've watched the Vince and stephanie match and honestly i felt a bit uneasy during it. I know it's all planned out but still. Can't wait till the biker chain match with taker and Brock.

That was like a week before Stephanie's real life wedding too. The McMahons are something else.

Yeah It would have been. I mean besides that it just felt wrong and a bit uncomfortable to watch. Was this around the time Vince put forward an incest angle ? Or was this angle to one that Steph agreed to ?

It's been over a month since they added more Monday Night Raw from 1995. Losing my patience here.

Whats the story with the Monday Night War?

Hasn't been a new episode in 2 weeks.

Kind of ironic that they finished on the Austin episode considering that was rely the peak of "The War" before WCW went diwn the toilet. Most of the episodes have focused on WWF, those covering WCW did the early portion of said war.

They don't like to cover WCW in a positive light too much.

Hopefully they have an episode on Goldbergs dominance, Stings presence in the war and Vince Russo contributing to it's demise

Do they give you the option to cancel before the end of your 6 months then? One of my big problems with WWE in the last few years has been the unapologetic advertising. When they had JR or King do a live read at one point of the show it was fine but that Sonic Drive-In crap has been enraging!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,448 ✭✭✭Garseys

It took them this long for advertising? It's not intrusive so I don't think many people will have a problem with it.

They cancel your sub if your Paypal doesn't have the funds. Same if yoh used a debit card and there's no money in your account. Not sure what the credit card situation is.

I think it's a crap, cheap move that just shows how far away the network is from something of Netflix standards.

I think it is pretty intrusive having to sit through ads before and between shows, it already makes me skip YouTube vids when I'm forced to see some ****e advert beforehand. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling now :(. If we weren't paying full whack it'd be ok, but we are...

    Via adage.com
Advertising from marketers including Pepsi, Mattel and Kmart will start appearing on WWE Network this week, according to the digital network, which debuted in February on subscriber revenue alone.

While advertisers may be attracted to the platform because of its audience of hard-to-reach young men, some media buyers questioned the future of the "over-the-top" platform, which delivers TV content over the web.

Advertising will live as 30-second spots in between shows within the network's 24/7 stream of programming, but there will be no commercial breaks within programming itself, said Michelle Wilson, chief revenue and marketing officer, WWE. For on-demand content, users will be served one 15 or 30-second spot on every fourth stream.

Aside from traditional spots, WWE Network is working with advertisers to create custom content, including interstitials and programming. For 2K Sports, for example, WWE created a making-of show about the video game "WWE 2K15."

"We are looking to WWE Network to tell a deeper story," said Chris Snyder, VP-marketing, 2K Sports. "Consumers signing up for the network are making a commitment and have a deeper engagement with the product."

While 2K has also advertised with WWE TV programming like "Monday Night Raw" on USA Network and "Friday Night Smackdown" on Syfy, which have much larger audiences than the fledgling online service, Mr. Snyder said in those settings the marketer is limited to 30-second spots.
