Yeah, one of us has got a fixed point of view alright.

Was hardly an accusation, you pretty much stated it... Wasn't insulting you as I said "like" not "you are"... And my rant was hardly just about the US now was it..

The problem the Russians have is they are so badly and blatantly lying in the propaganda that no one believes them. The boy who cried wolf is a well known story for a reason. The Ukrainian government is probably economical with the truth but nothing like the amazing scale of cynical dishonesty practised by the Russians.

At this point if the Russians said it was raining, you'd have to go out and check for yourself.
I haven't heard any Russian propaganda, where are you hearing this propaganda? The only propaganda I'm hearing is from the western media which is blindly pro US. The Ukrainian interim government comprises of a bunch of unsavory xenophobic extreme far right nationalists but if you think they are "economical with the truth" thats ok - you're entitled to your opinion.

Just about every single post you make, in every single thread you post on has something negative to say about America.

When I read you & Elmer's posts, I imagine what the moderators attitude would be if you replaced the words 'America/American' with ' Black/Pakistani/Asian'.

I've said it before, especially regarding Elmer, I can't fathom the mindset that fixates so venomously on a single people.
    In your case, America/Americans.

You two seem to hold such hate for America, that hate blinds you to all else.

I'd pity it, but I cannot pity hatred.

As regards Russian propaganda all you have to do is look at RT,a site you have quoted from Elmer. They make Fox News look like a bastion of truth. For the record Fox News are considered a complete and utter joke!

Well, nearly every post of yours I've read have a certain detached from the real world kind of thing going on, maybe that's because half of your statements about my posts couldn't be further from the truth... Please don't play psychologist and pretend to know my thinking... I most certainly am not anti american.. I served with plenty of them, as I've stated before.. So you "pity" what you please, because I most certainly don't need it, save it for Ukraine, that we are supposed to be debating here instead of personal attacks on myself...

The pro-Russian supporters have been very quiet here since Slaviansk fell and especially quiet since the aircrash.

Appearantly the Russian Aid Convoy has been sighted near the border here. Which is a rebel held border crossing as far as i know.

I can't link the tweet as i'm at work, but the tweeter is @rolandOliphant

This is a very interesting development, as the Aid convoy will be going straight into rebel hands, which is a big slap in the face of Kiev who has rejected the Aid Convoy. Kiev only wanted the Red Cross to deliver the Aid, not Russia, but i believe it hasn't changed hands to the Red Cross.

The Red Cross are not involved at all it seems.

If it crossed there they may not get a chance to inspect it anyway.

Yeah, and that's where it gets interesting, because since Ukraine doesn't control the border, they won't be able to verify what's in the trucks. 240 trucks can be hiding quite a lot of weapons and troops. Could be a trojan horse style tactic.

The point being, only Russia knows whats in the trucks, and they're entering ukrainian territory, what can Ukraine do? Attack them? Let them go ahead?

Attacking them could allow Russia an excuse to send in their forces, letting it through leaves Ukraine in a vulreble position because they don't know what's in it.

I cannot believe that Ukraine is blocking these trucks, all they have to do is let them in, plant weapons on some the trucks among the medicine, food and water and bingo......... we told you so! :) Its that easy, people will believe in anything as the "evidence" about MH17 showed.

    How is Ukraine blocking them?

It doesn't control the border point the convoy is parked near.

Russian APC column crossed Ukrainian border. Ukraine claims they destroyed a large portion of the column.

If russia decides to retaliate in anyway, I think that would be crossing the Rubicon, they won't be able to turn back.

Some reports say a only single APC of last nights convoy was destroyed.

Russia crossed the Rubicon months ago.
They have a permanent metaphorical bridge spanning it now!

Unbelievable, bizarre. Your US/NATO friends are responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands if not millions of innocent civilians since the beginning of this century. Why do you ignore this?
How many innocent civilians has Russia murdered this century?

Let's not forget that Russia "invaded" and gobbled up Crimea :pac:

Russia also "invaded" Georgia even though that chimp in charge of Georgia attacked South Ossetia :pac:

    It's :pac: able

A Russian aid convoy to Ukraine contained...guess what?

    AID!!!

How disappointing for the clowns. :pac:

Next chapter..."It's a ruse!! It must be!!"

What "Rubicon" might that be then?

Supplying the world with their radar with reference to MH17 when the Ukrainian government and the US refuses to release evidence that they claim to have implicating Moscow.

    Next joke, please.

They've been inspected and guess what was found? Humanitarian aid. Now I know that you will probably claim that cans of beans or powdered milk can be turned into IED's the same way that people think you can turn Colgate and shampoo into a bomb that will bring down an airliner but the rest of us are a little less fantastic.
The Kiev government have also claimed to have attacked and destroyed much of a Russian invading military convoy.

Again, not a scrap of evidence not only of the attack but not even a shred of evidence of an "invading" convoy.

And just to add a very simple question. If Russia wanted to "invade" Ukraine....wouldn't they just invade...you know..1000's of troops, tanks, bombers, missiles, etc.? Why just a sappy convoy on one road?

The dreamy and shambolic claims from Kiev and NATO are becoming even more embarrassing as the weeks go by.

Gee, I wonder why Russia wouldn't want to invade another country. Hmm, I'll have to sleep on that one and get back to you.

Yeah all Russian claims have been 100% accurate. Tell you what as soon as Russia pulls out of Crimea this whole façade can be put to bed.

Some effort there, fair play. How many deaths would you say are attributable to Russian/ Soviet activities in the Ukraine over the course of the last century?
