Not sure tbh, will be starting ai next spring so I'm going to start studying on all the ai bulls shortly. I'll be after one or two good sim bulls for replasements & the rest ch or bb mainley for export bulls and fattening heifers.

No. Side door job. My fault really. Wasn't mean enough with the fodder. 3 generations of easy calving so thought I would be ok but I guess you can't be too careful with heifers

Fek, I'd have thought you'd get away without too much restricted feed with Bourvil. I had two pb part heifers calve to him at the start of the year and they calved themselves, calves v small but growing v well. I'll put up a pic soon.

I was going to put bourvil on a few blue heifers I have, I might rethink it now...

I wouldnt take the risk with blue heifers. muscle on muscle can bring problems. Play it safe in the first year I'd say
