    I would say you are too late. Technically the Kyiv job was available. The 24 hours passed with no applications, and the job should be seaneh's as he was first to express an interest after that point.

    This application process is a sham, and a fraud, and a . . . . Sham!

    Noted. I (and I'm sure the others who've done it) wasn't aware it was an issue, thanks for bringing it to our attention. I'm sure it won't happen again.

    No, the category moderator (CMod) for the games section just informed us of a rule which was unwittingly being broken.

    Well in all fairness people could easily express interest in both current clubs as they do have good potential, surely if I stepped down and they got your they'd be happy with that, no real losers getting either of our clubs.

    Ah yeah, the Hamburg job is a good gig for an up and comer and you'll be leaving them in with a chance of getting play-offs if things go right results wise if you get Kyiv.
