In the interests of fairness it's very easy to block someone by mistake. The block user button being located rite beside to and being the same colour as the send button. That's what they all told me anyway.

there is plenty teams free here and there is also a league just starting afresh, there is a thread under the soccermanager topic ' maybe another' if you want to get in from the start.

might aswell dive in and join a couple of leagues

Soccermanager.com (SM) is a game based on real life players and how they perform in real life only. There are hundreds,thousands,maybe millions (I dunno) of different worlds in each. For example there are a few discussedon boards but the main one being The boards.ie world, that I created just for registered members of boards! Then there's "the good league" & "copa del boards" etc etc. Each game worlds general rules varys depending how the game world owner (me in the boards.ie world) wants the league too run. Do you want rich echonomy or average? Big clubs or small? Games on a sat or Sunday? Size of leagues ? Managers sacked if realagated etc etc etc. The options are endless.

When we started each manager picked a team in order of declared interest. So I for example picked borrusia dortmund. No one else could pick them then. All the players that play for dortmund are exclusive too me then. They are all rated from 0-100 depending on how they perform IN REAL LIFE. The game performances have no bearing! I then control that team through out the season. Buying and selling players. Tactics in matchs,formations etc etc. Each boards player then has a team who they do likewise with! We play matchs on set days and at set times for example Thursday at 8, you do not need too be online while the match is on just log in, do your tactics & log out, We all have a club budget too buy players and pay wages etc out of! We all want too win leagues cups etc against each other! So if dortmund were playing spurs it's MrMac84 V Teamshadowclan he picks his team, me mine and the game (SM) picks the winner, gives you stats, man of the match etc.

If say the barca manager decided too sell messi then we would all be bidding for him offering different players in exchange aswell as cash etc but the barca manager (say it's you in this example) would be negotiating with spurs and dortmunds real life managers (us) too try and get the best deal possible for your club!






In football manager it's just log in. Pick team. Buy best players in world. Play 10 matches in a row, save game, turn off computer till next time.

Our game is real life so if you don't log in for 3 weeks your team stays the same but they get fatigued and don't perform well, aswell as lads picking up injurys too..

FC Twente will be available tomorrow. I'll open applications then as the season will be over (for most managers :P). It just makes more sense I feel.

They have an extremely good team full of young talented players. Would be a great move for current managers, let alone incumbents. They've even started to tempt me away from my beloved Estudiantes!
