Been looking at eto as well. Nice fixtures also. Rarely gets 90 mins tho

Torres injured though means he should.

Chelsea strikers don't usually score alot though. I mean yesterday he scored very well but that has been a bit of a buck of the trend. I'm happy to persevere with Adebayor in with Aguero and Suarez until I have reason not to.

They play 1 up top though and with his age Eto is likely to be subbed around the 70 minute mark a lot. Plus he might be rotated for the more straightforward fixtures which obviously isnt ideal from an FPL point of view.

Quickly talking myself out of the transfer here

Should I pull the trigger on Negredo to Adebayor? Ozil needs to go too,a lot of money tied up for little return lately.

New to this game but are the Aguero price rises beginning to look disproportionate to the number of buyers?

When he got injured he was valued at £12.5m and under price protection around 850k people sold him but hes now closing in on a rise to £12.3m with only c. 250k people buying him back to date.... that doesnt make sense

For a player to drop 0.1m, 10% of his ownership must sell him. that number is unique per player.

To rise 0.1m, a set number of players must buy him. That number is the same for all players.

The numbers don't need to be proportionate. How many people would have sold Aguero in one day once he got injured and confirmed out for a large period of time? Alot more than would have brought him in any one day given the Cardiff start being unlikely.

Aguero was not under any sort of price protection while injured.

Don't forget that the NTO Threshold for a price drop is approximately 2.5 times greater than the usual Threshold for price drops when a player is redflagged.

For non Aguero owners this should mean he wil easily surpass 13.0 in value if his ownership continues to increase.

On that basis though his price falls should have been greater. No matter how you cut it, if far fewer have bought back as yet than sold then price should not yet be back within touching distance of its peak. I appreciate it may be the way that the game is set up but I still dont think it makes sense.

My point is that you can only go up .1 or down .1 in 1 day. If everybody shipped out Aguero in 1 day (or 2) when he was confirmed as out, he can only go down .2 in those 2 days regardless of the amount of people who transferred him out. That is my understanding at least but there are people who understand the mechanics of price increases/rises much better than me.

I get your point and understand it, I'm just suggesting that if you look at what has happened over the course of his injury in terms of total movements in and out then the system the game applies might be a bit of an ass....

Yeah fair enough, I think the idea of a player dropping .3 or .4 in a night might be considered equally ridiculous by some though.

I agree but perhaps the game needs some sort of a simple price protection for injuries that stops price exceeding pre injury peak value until transfers back in balance with what had transferred out.... It wouldnt be hard to apply and wouldnt require any chance to how value has fallen.

To be honest the reverse is also true. Look at RVP, his constant flagging means that he has hardly dropped in value at all. If he got fit and went to Suarez levels of ownership his price could thereotically hit 15.0m!

Part of the strategy of the game is to get on to a sure thing as cheap as possible. For me that was Suarez at 10.9 and Aguero at 11.1. I sold him for 11.8 and and bought back for 12.0, although i did gain 0.3 from Negredo in the interim (based on a 0.6 rise) so i acually made some profit on selling aguero and buying him back. He will be lethal for the season so is a keeper for me. The great thing is the wildcard at the moment means his value will sore to the point where my league competitors that haven't brought Aguero in won't be able to afford to do so.

Unfortunately the league leader (ranked 1K) has him now but no one else in the the top 5 of my PL has him or can afford him with a massive transfer point hit to re-jig their teams. Aguero is now a big differential for me.

    Ditched Lallalana for AJ (SUN)

If Lukaku doesn't perform tonight he'll be gone quicker than something that goes really quick

Considering Giroud to Bony. Swansea's next 4 are Fulham (H) West Ham (A) Cardiff(H) and Stoke(A) and they really need to start putting points on the board. More favourable fixtures than Adebayor who I'm also considering.

Already have Aguero&Silva and its time to dump Özil. Is it too much to get also Yaya with them or should I spread the risk and choose Cabaye (if he stays)?

Is there a risk with City? They will always score. Always.

True. They have blanked once this season.

    Have they? I wasn't sure.

I can't imagine he'll be a differential for long. One more week max I'd say, if even.

It's impossible not to be able to afford both Suarez and Aguero up front with all the high performing mid value midfielders out there IMO. May require a 4 point hit but can't imagine anyone having to do major surgery.

When should Rooney be back. Considering switching Giroud to Rooney to make myself a strikeforce of Suarez/Aguero/Rooney. I was making hay with this pairing earlier in the season before Aguero got injured. Would get rid of Coleman for McNaughton, only 3.8 mil defender currently playing..

Lukaku going down tonight & Traore likely to come in makes me want to jump ship.

Adebayor is the obvious one, anyone else to consider? 9.4m to spend!

Sturridge or Ade for the bigger hitter, Jay Rod for the money saving and potential rises, and my differential would be Bony for the good form and run of fixtures

Gerrard has a decent history against Everton, hat trick two years ago being one example... City have only won 1 of last 10 at Spurs although that was 5-1 in 2011

I pulled the feckin trigger on Coleman last night seeing he was injured and I have my wildcard active. I see he's rated as 75% this morning. The one time I try to get ahead of the game and not lose out on value I'm going to get stung. I've had Coleman for months so he's too expensive to get back in.
