Ronan O'Gara documentary on RTE now. Should be nothing less than extremely compelling :D
Hear him roaring in French at the start. A mix of a Cork and French accent, all sorts of wrong. :D

Excellent stuff. He's an intriguing character, his honesty is refreshing.

Ronan O'Gara and Padraig Harrington are easily my two greatest sporting heroes. It's an awful shame he's retired but I'm glad I got to grow up watching himself and Munster do what they did!

A truly refreshing character in the world of sport. Hilarious watching himself and Jonny getting on so well too :pac:

Ireland's Boyd Rankin making his test debut for England tonight against Australia in the last ashes test. Hope it goes well for him and the move over works out well also. If we are to lose him then he may as well be playing test cricket!

Pretty much the same as 8-10. Haven't been to a dentist since primary school. My eyesight has gotten terrible in the last year or two so I have to get an eye test for contacts. Not looking forward to that!

Plus I booked my driving test yesterday, something I've been putting off for nigh on 5 years now since I failed when I was 20.

Good luck in the driving test. Passed mine first time back in October, couldn't believe it! Get some lessons in with your instructor and I'm sure you'll fly through it when the test day comes. :)

Any of you watch the first season of the bridge?

Brilliant Danish/Swedish crime drama, the second season starts tomorrow night on bbc4, if it's as good as the first season, will be well worth watching!

First time I've done football accumulators in years.

3 team - Arsenal, Newcastle and Watford.

5 team - Hull, Wigan, Peterborough, Huddersfield and Leeds.

Will see how these go. I wanted to throw a few bets on the GAA tomorrow but can't find it on the Paddy Power app. It might show up tomorrow hopefully.

They have prices up on the website so cant see why they wouldnt be on the app

edit - just checked, yep all on the app.

Found them now. I was going to GAA - Football when I should have been going to GAA - Matches.

Not really much value there anyway. It's the pre season tournaments too so ya never know what will happen.

Have been doing some EPL accumulators lately with no success.

Tried Watford, Newcastle, Everton, Southampton, Leeds, Peterborough at €1 for today.

Don't really fancy Arsenal, they may rest players and it probably means more to Spurs.

There's often more value in pre-season tournaments than any other stage of the season. There can be more local information available about squads and which teams might be taking things a bit more seriously than others. Trick is getting the information

Same with the early stages of the league, by the time the championship rolls around very often a lot of the edge can be gone

Didn't he play for Dunfermline late in his career though. He looks a bit... "Fresh faced" there.

None of my accumulators came off but I did stick €2 on Cavan to beat Antrim which returned €3.60!

Maybe I should stick to the GAA.

Accumulators with Paddy Power pay for your bonus? I thought it was William Hill you worked for.

Jez, don't know how I'd feel about winning it due to the other club playing a 15 or 16 year old.
