2 poached eggs, 3 good quality sausages, well toasted McCamridge soda bread with butter, dollop of ballymaloe relish.

Pre-golf breakfast. Sometimes I book a round of golf just to give myself a kick to make above :)

Rashers get thrown in if there's no golf.

Not a big fan of breakfast during the week but it's all out for the weekend

Hate coffee, don't know how anyone drinks it.

I used to think the same until I discovered baileys coffees. Mmm.

Pats fan here, last night's game was pretty disappointing but better team went through. Missed the 49ers but heard Sherman's interview afterwards for the Hawks, hilarious! And seemingly causing a lot of controversy afterwards, my twitter feed this morning was all about Sherman and I don't follow anyone related to football!

Yeah he wasn't a happy camper ha! Bit pissed off the Seahawks won but their defence game is unreal! GOOO BRONCOS for the final now ha!

There's a ticketed lock-in in one of the restaurants up here for the final, looking forward to it, should be good craic!

Nice one. I'll probably just take the Monday off and watch it at home. Pretty annoyed it's Channel 4 and not BBC though as it means no HD option on tv :(

It would be rude not to i guess! I don't even have a HD tv in the house i'm in so it would be irrelevant to me anyway :o

My problem with HD is it's made me into a snob! If something isn't being shown in HD I don't watch it. Or if I'm on Netflix and something I want to watch is only in Standard Definition I always forgo it for something in 1080p. I'm just so used to it now that SD stuff just looks really bad.

Haha that is outrageous, but i like your style! Living in share accommo we don't get luxuries like that to be snobbish about but i can assure you once i have my own place again i'll be the exact same!

The dentist waiting room is so boring! They should have Sky sports news on a big TV in the corner!

Come to think of it the only other person in this one is my wife so it would be very freaky if you said yes. Had a shudder there that she might be monitoring my fantasy arena usage! :D

I got a pm from someone from fsa who I know. First thing I said to him was 'I won both of my leagues last year because of fsa. Dont saying anything to the lads!'

Was pretty satisfying being the only bird in one of the leagues and beating 30 lads. Just raging I wasnt at home to drink pints with half of them on the last day of the season! In second at the minute and homeward bound in March so hoping to enjoy that moment this year......in a very dignified manner of course!

I was reading a book called "Doped" a few weeks ago, it's about a horse doping ring that were active in the early 60s in England, it won this years William Hill sports book award, very interesting for those with an interest in horses or gambling in general, particularly so for those employed in the gambling industry as the founders of Ladbrokes, William Hill, Victor Chandler etc were all implicated in wrongdoing but nothing could be proven at the time.
Good to see Barney Curley still up to his tricks anyway.

Anyone else following "The Bridge II" on BBC4, this is very good, not as strong as the first series maybe but top class television anyway.

Bookies in Gibraltar refusing to pay out on Barneys latest gamble according to someone over on the Horse Racing form so I'd say Rory will be alright!

Worst weekend of sport in a long time. FA Cup in soccer, with not even a stand out tie to look forward to. Heineken Cup finished for a while and the 6N not started yet, not even any celtic league (or whatever its called now) on. GAA leagues yet to start in football and hurling. Not even much darts, cricket or other stuff on. Aussie open final likely to be a mismatch even

Ah well, may as well score some brownie points by doing some household chores as after the famine comes a feast.....
