Taking from the earlier thread about obesiety, are you a happy Fatso.

Personally, I'm very comfortable being an xxl

I was a chubby kid and hated it, got into shape in my early teens and have never felt better. I don't know someone could be happy being overweight, it's not healthy.

I'm a size 14, about a stone and a half overweight, and perfectly happy.

I lost more than half of my body weight already through hard work and determination, so I couldn't give a flying fcuk if I never lose the last bit. I like how I look, and if somebody calls me fat (not that it happens much, I AM fat but am rarely called it to my face), I say that I know and ask if they have anything of substance to say.

No, i was overweight but this year i lost a good lot of it, as a result my clothes fit better and i'm in much better shape overall

I like the newer thinner me

I'm not quite to a point where it particularly bothers me but I have just gotten a membership to a local swimming pool/gym and am planning to trim up a little.

Might be happy but would be even happier and more confident etc with a perfect body.

I won't be truly happy till I get the mansion as well.

That's not really a fair comparison though.
You have it within your power to do something about your weight, which you have.
Your ability to accumulate economically valuable assets isn't as accessible.

I've always been underweight no matter how much I eat I just stay the same!
But if I had a choice between underweight or overweight I'd probably stay the same as I think it'd be easier to gain weight than to lose it both emotionally and physically. But I know a good few "overweight" people who are totally content with how much they weight.
So it really is an individual's choice.

I think if anyone says they are happy being fat hasn't experienced the high you get from doing some exercise and getting into shape! You might think your happy now but you'd be a whole lot happier (and healthier) if you weren't fat!! And once you get into shape you'll never go back to your old ways!!

I know lots of people who has lost loads of weight and put it all back on because they missed their old life, eating healthy/excising just made them miserable.
