Just started Black flag and while the sound and apparently the menu is working all I see is black, that is unless I manage to hit an option to change name and then that comes up normally.

Had to restart the PS4 to get it going, but it's working fine.

So i download the upgrade for Battlefield (PS3 -> PS4) get to the menu to be told I cant play it yet til its been installed . Its at 31% and going about 1% a hour it seems ....seriously ?????????

Anyone know if Gamestop or HMV are doing a upgrade deal on PS3-> Ps4 games ?

So due to my little man getting loads of dvds for presents my playstatjon spent all day yesterday as a dvd player...

12 o clock last night I got a go of killzone.. took me ages to warm to it but it looks great.. im in a room and see a flashing audioclip. Press O to pick it up and nearly lose my life I didnt for one second realise that there was a speaker in the controller,it took the life out of me.

initial impressions are good I fine the homescreens a lot easier to manage and use than my xbone.

Cant wait to fire up NFS rivals after dinner today

Wondering if anyone can help me. Have signed up to the psn+ free trial and iv downloaded resogun and war thunder. When I go to start either of them I get the following message - "The PS4 is not connected to the internet and cannot verify the license for the application"

Iv tested the connection and everything is ok. Anyone gots any ideas?

go to settings, psn, restore licences. That should sort you, also make sure you have avtivate as your primary ps4 selected.

Bit worried as while I'm no trophy/achievement whore if I get one I'd like to keep it and the trophies for the PS4 seem to be fully PSN reliant (can't even look what I have without a connection), I got the notification that I did get a few but as PSN is down I have no idea what they're for or assurance that I'll keep them.

I know a few here traded in the games like killzone from bundles which had the not to be sold separately mark on them. Can anyone tell me if smyths are still offering the best value on these? The game is still sealed and iv no interest in killzone. Cheers!

So this has probably been covered, but NBA 2K14 is 30 quid on PS3, and I can upgrade it straight away on PS4 for a tenner, instead of paying 70 quid for it?! Buying both in the space of 5 mins or whatever is allowed?

Yep think so, I did the same with bf4 and it was all fine

Worked, but the dirty feckers charged me €14.99 for the upgrade. Still, savings and all.

PS3 version was 8gb in size, this one is 41gb!

NBA 2K14 was always €14.99 for the upgrade. It was always more expensive for some reason

Installing games from Download is a joke. Battlefield took the guts of 2 days for me. Doing NBA now and been on 16% without moving for a while. Gonna take forever

Must be Christmas lag as downloads speed from PSN have increased greatly for me, ever since I got it at launch.
